Limited Lifetime Warranty

Whitehaus Collection’s limited lifetime Warranty warrants this faucet to be free from

defects in materials and workmanship such as the casting of the faucet.

Any warranty claim must be submitted with the receipt or invoice to the retailer where the

consumer originally purchased the faucet.

Internal components such as diverters, o-rings, cartridges, side spray insert, supply lines

and pull out hoses are warranted for a period of 5 years from the date of original retail

purchase.

The limited lifetime warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper installation,

maintenance, modications, repair or replacement of parts, abuse, misuse, neglect, or

replacement of components where damage is caused by normal wear and tear.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover and Whitehaus Collection shall not be

responsible for any labor charges, injuries, incidental or consequential damages.

This Warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under existing local, state, or

federal law or where any terms of this warranty are prohibited by such applicable laws,

they are deemed null and void but the remainder of the Warranty shall remain in effect.
