AZiOCorporationwarrantsonlytotheoriginalpurchaserofthisproduct,when
purchasedfromanAZiO-authorizedresellerordistributor,thatthisproductwill
befreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipundernormaluseandservice
for3yearsafterpurchase.AZiOreservestheright,beforehavinganyobligation
underthiswarranty,toinspectthedamagedAZiOproduct.Initialshippingcostsof
sendingtheAZiOproducttotheAZiOservicecenterinLosAngeles,California,for
inspectionshallbebornesolelybythepurchaser.Inordertokeepthiswarrantyin
effect,theproductmustnothavebeenmishandledormisusedinanyway.
Thiswarrantydoesnotcoveranydamageduetoaccidents,misuse,abuseor
negligence. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original
purchaser&dateofpurchase.Youwillneeditforanywarrantyservice.Inorderto
claimunderthiswarranty,purchasermustmakeclaimtoAZiOandobtainanRMA
#whichistobeusedwithin15daysofissuanceandmustpresentacceptable
proofoforiginalownership(suchasoriginalreceipt)fortheproduct.AZiO,atits
option,shallrepairorreplacethedefectiveunitcoveredbythiswarranty.This
warrantyisnon-transferableanddoesnotapplyto any purchaserwhobought
theproductfromaresellerordistributornotauthorizedbyAZiO,includingbutnot
limitedtopurchasesfrominternetauctionsites.Thiswarrantydoesnotaffectany
otherlegalrightsyoumayhavebyoperationoflaw.ContactAZiOthroughemail,
chat,orthroughoneofthetechnicalsupportnumberslistedforwarrantyservice
procedures.
For Warranty Service
Intheeventthatwarrantyrepairorreplacementisnecessary,pleaseprovideproof
ofpurchase(storereceiptorinvoice)inordertoreceivewarrantyservice.
• InNorthAmerica:Withintherst60daysafterpurchase,pleasereturnyour
producttoyourdealerorresellerforareplacement.Iftheproductisstillwithin
warrantyandyoucannolongerreturnittoyourdealer,pleasecontactAZiO
CustomerSupport(seeabove)forassistanceandinstructions.AZiOwillnot
acceptreturnswithoutpriorapprovalandanRMAnumber.
• InEurope:Withintherstyearafterpurchase,pleasereturntheproductto
yourdealerorresellerforareplacement.Iftheproductisstillwithinwarranty
andyoucannolongerreturnittoyourdealer,pleasecontactAZiOCustomer
Support (see above) for assistance and instructions.AZiO will not accept
returnswithoutpriorapproval.
• Outside NorthAmerica and Europe: If your product needs to be returned
