General safety instructions
Check if the tension of your supply corresponds with the voltage indicated on the rating plate of your
appliance.
Before commissioning this device please read the instruction manual carefully and keep this sothat you
can check them later .
Please keep these instructions, the guarantee certificate, the sales receipt and, if possible, the carton with
the inner packaging!
The device is intended exclusively for private and not for commercial use! Keep it away from direct heat,
sun and moist and protect it against sharp impacts.
Always remove the plug from the socket whenever the device is not in use, when attaching accessory
parts, cleaning the device or whenever a disturbance occurs. Switch off the device before. Pull on the
plug, not on the cable.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities , or
lack of experience and knowledge (including children) , unless they have been supervised or instructed
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
In order to protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, never leave them unsupervised with
the device. Consequently, when selecting the location for your device, do so in such a way that children
do not have access to the device. Take care to ensure that the cable does not hang down.
Test the device, plug and the cable regularly for damage. If there is damage of any kind, the device should
not be used but the appliance must be repaired by a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard. Only
original spare parts must be used.
A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by an authorized technician to avoid a hazard. Do not repair
the device yourself,.
Keep the device and the cable away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and such like.
Never use the device unsupervised! Switch off the device whenever you are not using it, even if this is
only for a moment.
Do not use the device outdoors.
Under no circumstances must the device be placed in water or other liquid, or come into contact with
such. Do not use the device with wet or moist hands.
Should the device become moist or wet, remove the mains plug from the socket immediately. Do not
reach into the water.
Use the device only for the intended purpose.

Setting the speed
Depending on the appliance, we recommend the following speed setting:
Hand blender Level II
Chopper Level II
Whisk Level II
How to use the hand blender
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food as well as for
mixing and milkshakes.
Turn the blender stick (D) on the motor unit (B) until it is locked (1&2).
Introduce the hand blender in the jug. Then press the two level control switch level I or the two level
control switch level II (turbo) (3).
Turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.
You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker and just as well in any other vessel. When
blending directly in the saucepan while cooking, take the blender from overheating.
Short-time operating: Use the appliance for no longer than 15 seconds (and leave it cooled down
completely before using again.
How to use your whisk
Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.
Inset the whisk (F) into the whisk gear box (E), then turn the whisk gear box on the motor unit (B) until
it is locked (4,5 &6).
Place the whisk in a vessel and then press the switch to operate it (7).
Turn the whisk gear box off the motor unit after use. Then pull the whisk out of the whisk gear box.
Short-time operating: Use the appliance for no longer than 15 seconds and leave it cooled down
completely before using again.
How to use your chopper
Chopper is perfectly for hard food, such as chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts,
almonds, prunes etc. Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee beans and grains.
Place the blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl, press down the blade and turn 90
o
to lock it.
Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base (8).
Place the food in the chopper bowl.
Turn the gear box on the chopper bowl (10).
Turn the motor unit on the gear box until it is locked (11).
Press switch to operate the chopper (12). During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and
hold the chopper bowl/jug with the other.
After use, turn the motor unit off the gear box.
Then remove the gear box.
Carefully take out the blade.
Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl/jug.
Short-time operating: Use the appliance for no longer than 15 seconds and leave it cooled down
completely before using again.
Cleaning
Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
Wipe the outside of the motor unit with only a slightly moistened cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
Wash the detachable accessories in soap water, such as blender sticks, gear boxes, whisk, bowl, jug, blade, ice
crusher, vessel. Do not use scouring pads for the plastic materials. Rinse them with clear water and dry them.
Do not place them in the dishwasher.
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish of the appliance.
Note that the blades are very sharp, take care while using and cleaning them.
