Mobile oven racks for Henny Penny
SmartCombi and ClassicCombi
ovens help make combi cooking and
cook/chill programs more productive
and successful.
Mobile oven racks roll right into the
combi oven for cooking and are
designed to accept various types and
sizes of pans and grid shelves, even
plated food for rethermalizing. Oven
racks and transport carts feature
welded stainless steel construction
and heavy-duty casters for easy
cleaning and years of service.
Henny Penny model 220/215 mobile
oven racks are also compatible with
Henny Penny CHC-100 Combi-Hold
cabinet and BCR-350 blast chiller or
BFR-350 blast chiller/freezer when
equipped with special low-
temperature casters.
Continuing product improvement may subject specifications to change without notice.
RIGHT: Insulated covers help maintain food temperature

General Information
Bases are designed to raise smaller
combi ovens to the ideal operating
height while providing handy below-
oven storage.
SmartCombi and ClassicCombi
bases come in two heights:
• 22.8 in. (580 mm) base
• 33.5 in. (850 mm) base
Choose from open stands or cabinet
styles with enclosed storage. Bases
are designed to accommodate
storage of both 2/1 GN and 1/1 GN
pans on available rail inserts.
All bases are available with swivel
casters or adjustable legs. Bases are
constructed of stainless steel for easy
cleaning and years of reliable service.
