The Ultimate Dust Deputy 9 gallon waste bin box lugs may need to be trimmed for the bin to properly

t Festool Mini and Midi dust extractors. Detailed instructions are shown below.

Using a sharp wood chisel, a hand grinder, or other suitable tool, carefully trim o the inside of the

lug where indicated by the “X” in Fig. 1. First remove a small amount of material and then test the t.

Repeat as necessary until the clamp locks securely. Repeat the procedure on the opposite lug until

the clamp on that side locks securely. Fig. 2 shows a completely trimmed lug.
