b.IfthereisnopatientintheslingE,pulldownontheboom.
Therateofdescentoftheboomiscontrolledbythe
amountthatthecontrolvalveisopen.
Asafetygateispartofthehydraulicsystemthatcontrols
themaximumdescentoftheboomregardlessofhowfar
thecontrolvalveisopened.
