Wolf Range WKGCX1 is a single section gas convection oven with extra deep cavity, designed for commercial use and not intended for home use. It's made of stainless steel front, painted sides, top and legs. It has independently operated stainless steel doors with windows that open a full 180°. The non-sag insulation on the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors ensures optimum heat retention. The porcelain enamel on steel oven interior measures 29"w x 261⁄8"d x 20"h. It has two interior oven lights and five nickel plated oven racks that measure 281⁄4" x 24 1⁄2".

IMPORTANT
1. A gas pressure regulator is furnished for this unit. Natural
gas 3.5" W.C., propane gas 10.0" W.C.
2. An adequate ventilation system is required for commercial
cooking equipment. Information may be obtained by
writing to the National Fire Protection Association,
Batterymarch Park, Quincy, MA 02289. When writing, refer
to NFPA No. 96.
3. These units are manufactured for installation in accordance
with ANSZ223.1A (latest edition), National Fuel Gas Code.
Copies may be obtained from the American Gas Association,
1515 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22209.
