Either side of the electric underblanket
can be used. However, it is recommended
to lie on the quilted cotton surface (upper-
side).
The underside has a non-slip coating.
Spread out the electric underblanket
smoothly between the mattress and bed
sheet.
Never place on people.
The electric underblanket features
a thermostat and will not heat up unless
the ambient temperature is lower than
the setting selected on the thermostat.
This is not a malfunction.

When the temperature is set on the thermo-
stat, the electric blanket switches on and
the indicator light comes on.
Setting 0 = Off
Setting 1 = lowest temperature, continuous
operation
Setting 2 = medium temperature
Setting 3 = highest temperature,
preheating
The electric underblanket may reach
temperatures above 37° C.
For preheating or short-term operation use
Setting 3, for longer use (max. 90 minutes
possible) switch to Setting 1.
Automatic switch-off
The electric underblanket automatically
switch off after approx. 90 minutes.
The indicator light comes on again.
To switch on the electric underblanket again,
first set the thermostat to “0” and then
to the required temperature.
Cleaning and storage
The electric underblanket may
be washed by hand with a mild
detergent in compliance with
the attached care symbols.
Do not use a steam cleaner.
The thermostat must not become wet.
Never hold under water.
Moisture damages the thermostat.
When drying the appliance, arrange
the cable in such a way that water
cannot run into the thermostat.
Do not use detergents or solvents.
These may damage the electric blanket.
When storing the appliance, allow it to
cool down before folding.
Fold or roll the electric underblanket
loosely and store in a dry location.
Do not crease sharply. Do not place
heavy items on the electric blanket.
Tip: Keep the electric underblanket
in the original packaging.
