1. Remove cardboard carton from

metal frame and bolts from metal

frame.

2. Remove bolts and bracket holding

front wheel to frame.

3. Remove bolts and bracket holding

rear wheel to frame

Removal from crate

4. Remove bolts and bracket holding

the top of the handlebar to the metal

frame.

5. Attach kickstand

6. Assemble front brake

lever and handlerbar.

7. Attach gear shift lever

8. Remove packaging

straps and attach the pedals

Handlebar assembly

9. Attach handlebars using the handlebar brackets

and bolts. Torque to 25Nm (18.5ft.lb.)

Front Fender Assembly

10. Insert rubber grommets and metal plate in

holes provided on fender according to photo.

11. Attach fender to front forks using 3 fender bolts

in hardware box

Battery installation

12. Refer to battery section of owners manual

for correct installation and charging of battery

Gas Cap

14. Fill gas tank as specied

in owners manual.

Gas and Oil

13. Fill engine with correct amount of oil and rear gear

case with correct amount of gear oil. Refer to owners

manual for oil types and quantity.

15. Refer to owners manual for proper

starting instuctions
