充電式衝擊電鑽的使用注意事項

1. 務請在 0∼40˚C 的溫度下進行充電-溫度低於 0˚C

將會導致充電過度﹐極其危險-電池不能在高於

40˚C 的溫度下充電-最適合於充電的溫度是 20∼

25˚C-

2. 不要連續使用充電器-

一次充電完畢后﹐在 15 分鐘內不要再次使用該充

電器對電池充電-

3. 勿讓雜質進入充電式電池連結口內-

4. 切勿拆卸充電式電池與充電器-

5. 切勿使充電式電池短路-

使電池短路將會造成很大的電流和過熱﹐從而燒

壞電池-

6. 請勿將電池丟入火中-

電池受熱將會爆炸-

7. 長時間連續使用本電鑽﹐可能會導致機體過熱﹐對

馬達及開關造成損害﹐因此使用本機請勿連續超過

15分鐘-

8. 充電後電池壽命太短不夠使用時﹐請盡快將電池

送往經銷店-請勿將用過的電池亂丟-

9. 請勿使用耗竭了的電池﹐否則會損壞充電器-

10. 在對天花板﹑牆和地板鑽孔時﹐要檢查是否有埋

設的電線等-

11. 請勿將異物插入充電器的通風口-

若將金屬異物或易燃物插入通風口的話﹐將會引

起觸電事故或使充電器受損-

12. 佩戴護耳罩

噪音會導致聽力喪失-

13. 作業之後的鑽頭仍處在高熱狀態下﹐切不可摸觸﹐

以免灼傷-

14. 使用工具附帶的輔助把手-

失去控制會導致人身傷害-

15. 使用錘鑽時﹐應牢牢握住工具的操作柄和側柄-否

則﹐所產生的反作用力會將孔鑽歪﹐甚至會造成危

險-

電池的拆卸/安裝法

1. 電池的拆卸法

請先緊抓住把手﹐然後再推壓電池插銷以拆下電

池（參照圖 1 和圖 2）-

注意

切勿使電池短路-

2. 電池的安裝法

把電池的導軌對准本體﹐插入電池-一定要把電

池裝緊-

充電

在使用電動工具之前﹐請先按以下方法給電池充電-

1. 將充電器的電源線連接至電源插座-

連接電源線時﹐充電器的指示燈將閃爍呈紅色（以

1 秒的間隔）-

2. 將電池裝入充電器-

如參考圖 3 所示把電池放入充電器中-一定要把電

池完全放入充電器中-

3. 充電

將電池插入充電器后﹐充電開始﹐并且﹐充電器上

的指示燈將持續點亮呈紅色-

電池完全充電后﹐指示燈將閃爍呈紅色（以 1 秒的

間隔）（參見表 1）-

(1) 指示燈顯示

根據充電器或充電式電池的情況﹐指示燈的顯示如

表 1 所示-

4. 從電源插座拔下充電器的電源線-

5. 握緊充電器并取出電池-

註

充電完成后﹐請先從充電器內取出電池﹐然后加以

妥善保存-

關于新電池等的放電

因新的和長期未使用的充電式電池內部的化學物質

無活性﹐故第一次和第二次使用時其放電能力可能

較低-這是暫時現象﹐這種電池充電 2–3 次后即

可恢復其充電所需的正常時間-

較長時間保持電池性能的方法

(1) 在電池電力完全耗盡之前進行充電-

感到電動工具的能力變弱時﹐請停止使用并給電池

充電-若您繼續使用電動工具并耗盡電力﹐電池可

能會損壞或其使用壽命縮短-

(2) 關于充電式電池的溫度

充電式電池的溫度如表2所示﹐在充電前應使已發

熱的電池冷卻片刻-

䡬集塵器（B）的安裝方法

使用集塵器（B）時﹐請將集塵器（B）與夾卡上的

槽對準後﹐將集塵器（B）從鑽頭的頂端插進去

（圖 7）-

注意

䡬集塵杯和集塵器（B）是專門用於混凝土的鑽

孔﹐請勿用於金屬﹑木材的鑽孔-

䡬請將集塵器（B）完全插入主機的夾盤部-

䡬當集塵器（B）與混凝土表面有一段距離的狀態

下﹐打開電動鎚鑽開關進行工作時﹐集塵器

（B）會跟鑽頭同時旋轉-因此﹐請務必將集塵

杯緊壓在混凝土表面上後再打開開關進行鑽孔工

作-（如將集塵器（B）用於全長 190 mm 以上

的鑽頭時﹐集塵器（B）便無法貼緊混凝土表面

而旋轉- 因此﹐請將集塵器（B ）與全長

166 mm, 160 mm, 110 mm 的鑽頭配套使用-）

䡬每鑽2∼3個孔後﹐請將粉塵丟掉-

䡬更換鑽頭時﹐請卸下集塵器（B）以後再進行-

4. 選擇螺絲鑽頭

為了避免螺絲頭或鑽頭被損壞﹐旋螺絲時一定要使

用與螺絲直徑相配的鑽頭-

5. 檢查鑽頭的旋轉方向（請參照圖 9）

按按鈕的 R（右）側﹐鑽頭會順時針轉（從后方

看）-（請參照圖 9-a）-

按按鈕的L（左）側﹐鑽頭會逆時針轉-（請參照

圖 9-b）-

如果按鈕放在中心位置﹐鑽頭就不會轉-（請參照

圖 9-c）-

6. 連續鑽孔

充電一次﹐可在混凝土材質上鑽出的洞數如表4所

示-

這些資料僅為參考數值-鑽孔洞數的多少﹐會受到鑽

頭的銳利度以及混凝土的堅硬度影響-

(2) 避免在高溫環境中充電-

使用后充電式電池的溫度將迅速升高-若使用后立

即對這種電池進行充電﹐其內部化學物質會劣化﹐

電池使用壽命將縮短-請稍等片刻﹐待電池冷卻后

再進行充電-

注意

䡬若在電池因長時間存放在有直射陽光的場所或

剛使用后發熱時進行充電﹐充電器的指示燈點

亮呈綠色-遇此情況時﹐請先讓電池冷卻后再

開始充電-

䡬指示燈閃動呈紅色時（以 0.2 秒鐘的間隔）﹐請

檢查并取出充電器電池安裝孔內的任何異物-

若無異物﹐則可能電池或充電器發生故障-請

帶去經授權的維修中心檢查-

䡬因內置的微機需要約 3 秒鐘才能確認正用

UC24YFB 進行充電的電池已被取出﹐因此請

待 3 秒鐘后再重新插入電池繼續充電-

作業之前

1. 安裝鑽頭（圖 4, 5 ）

注意

為避免意外事故﹐請務必關閉開關-

註

當使用鑽頭等工具時﹐請務必使用本公司原裝配

件-

(1) 清潔鑽頭柄-

(2) 旋轉鑽頭將其插入鑽頭夾盤直至插鎖插緊-（圖 4）

(3) 拉鑽頭以檢查是否完全插緊-

(4) 卸下鑽頭時﹐首先請按箭頭所示方向將夾卡完全拉

出﹐然後將鑽頭從夾卡拉下-

3. 安裝集塵杯和集塵器（B）（選購附件）（圖 6﹑圖

7）

使用電動鎚鑽進行頭上工作時﹐請裝上集塵杯和

集塵器（B）﹐以減少灰塵的掉下﹐便於操作-

䡬集塵杯的安裝方法

請按照圖 6 所示方法﹐將集塵杯裝在鑽頭上使用-

使用粗徑鑽頭時﹐請用本電動錘鑽將集塵杯的中

心孔開大-

注意

長時間連續使用本電鑽﹐可能會導致機體過熱﹐對

馬達及開關造成損害-因此使用本機請勿連續超過

15分鐘-

使用方法

1. 開關操作

䡬壓下開關扳機﹐鑽機鑽動-松開扳機﹐鑽機停止-

䡬扳機拉出的量可以控制鎚鑽鑽動速度-扳機拉出少

許時﹐速度低﹐拉出多時﹐速度快-

䡬松開扳機時﹐制動會即刻開始-

2. 旋鑽＋錘鑽

旋轉選擇桿﹐將兩個“ ”記號雙雙對準“ ”記

號﹐並設定為「旋轉+錘鑽」功能（圖 8）-

(1) 安裝鑽頭-

(2) 將鑽頭尖端放在鑽孔位置﹐然後拉動觸發開關-

（圖 10）

(3) 使用電動鎚鑽進行作業時﹐不需要用力推壓- 祇

要稍加按壓﹐讓鑽碎的粉塵徐徐排出即可-

注意

鑽頭碰到建築物的鋼筋時會立即停止轉動-但電動

鎚鑽又將隨即轉動（如圖 10）﹐因此﹐必需握緊側

柄和操作柄-

3. 旋鑽

旋轉選擇桿﹐將“ ”記號對準“ ”記號﹐並設

定為「旋轉+錘鑽」功能（圖 8）-

若利用選購的鑽頭夾盤及夾盤附加器於木材或金屬

質材上鑽洞﹐請依照下列步驟進行-安裝鑽頭夾盤

及夾盤附加器：（圖 11）

(1) 將鑽頭夾盤裝配在夾盤附加器上-

(2) SDS-plus 長柄與鑽頭相同-因此﹐裝配 SDS-plus 長

柄時﹐請參照“安裝鑽頭”處的說明-

注意

䡬過分用力不僅無助於作業﹐而且還會損坏鑽頭

的刃尖﹐縮短鑽頭的壽命-

䡬從鑽孔中抽出鑽頭時﹐電動鎚鑽可能會折斷﹐

所以抽出時必須小心-

䡬裝有鑽頭夾盤和夾盤附加器時﹐不要在旋鑽加

錘擊的功能下使用電動錘鑽﹐這會嚴重縮短機

器各個部件的壽命-

4. 在旋木螺絲時（圖 13）

(1) 選擇適當的鑽頭

如果可以的話﹐請盡量使用十字頭螺絲﹐因為鑽頭

很容易滑出一字頭螺絲的槽-

(2) 旋進木螺絲

在旋進木螺絲之前﹐在木板上開適當的先導孔﹐然

後把鑽頭放入螺絲頭部的槽內﹐緩緩地將螺絲旋進

孔內-

注意

在為木螺絲準備先導孔時﹐應特別注意木板的硬

度- 如果孔極小或極淺﹐用較大的力將螺絲旋進

孔的話﹐有時會損壞木螺絲的螺紋-

5. 錘擊

旋轉選擇桿﹐將“ ”記號對準“ ”記號﹐並設

定為「旋轉」功能（圖 8）-

(1) 安裝尖鑽或冷鏨-

6. 使用深度計（圖 12）

(1) 旋松側柄的圓頭螺絲﹐把深度計插進側柄上的安

裝孔-

(2) 按孔深調節深度計的位置﹐然后旋緊圓頭螺栓-

7. 鑽頭（錐柄）和錐柄附加器的使用

(1) 把錐柄附加器安裝在電動鎚鑽上-（圖 14）

(2) 把鑽頭（錘柄）安裝在錘柄附加器上-（圖 14）

(3) 接通開關﹐按預定深度鑽開一個孔口-

(4) 拆卸鑽頭時﹐可將製銷插入錐柄附加器的縫隙﹐把

鑽頭放在台座上﹐用錐子敲打製銷頭部- （圖

15）

8. 「節能」與「動力」模式之間的轉換

電鑽錘擊的力量大小可隨用途而調整﹐只需如圖16

所示操作換檔旋鈕即可-

(1) 「節能」模式...減少錘擊力量

可防止直徑小於5 mm 的細鑽頭彎曲或斷裂-

(2) 「動力」模式...增加錘擊力量

䡬鑽頭若曾使用過或直徑大於5 mm﹐則「動力」模式

可迅速且有效率地完成鑽孔作業-

䡬適用於木材或金屬材質上的鑽孔作業-

注意

使用木製鑽頭鑽孔時﹐請勿採用「節能」模式﹐因

為這很可能導致馬達燒壞-

潤滑

此一手提電動鎚鑽應使用低粘度滑脂-這樣﹐可長時

間使用而無需更換滑脂-若滑脂從鬆動的螺絲中泄漏

出來﹐請與最鄰近的服務站聯繫﹐更換滑脂-

如果在滑脂缺少的狀態下繼續使用﹐手提電動鎚鑽就

Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in

electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.

The term “power tool” in all of the warnings listed below

refers to your mains operated (corded) power tool or battery

operated (cordless) power tool.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1) Work area

a) Keep work area clean and well lit.

Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive

atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable

liquids, gases or dust.

Power tools create sparks which may ignite the

dust of fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating

a power tool.

Distractions can cause you to lose control.

2) Electrical safety

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet.

Never modify the plug in any way.

Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed

(grounded) power tools.

Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce

risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded

surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and

refrigerators.

There is an increased risk of electric shock if your

body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet

conditions.

Water entering a power tool will increase the risk

of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for

carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.

Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or

moving parts.

Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of

electric shock.

e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an

extension cord suitable for outdoor use.

Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces

the risk of electric shock.

3) Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use

common sense when operating a power tool.

Do not use a power tool while you are tired or

under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

A moment of inattention while operating power

tools may result in serious personal injury.

b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection.

Safety equipment such as dust mask, non-skid

safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used

for appropriate conditions will reduce personal

injuries.

c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in

the off position before plugging in.

Carrying power tools with your finger on the

switch or plugging in power tools that have the

switch on invites accidents.

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before

turning the power tool on.

A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part

of the power tool may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance

at all times.

This enables better control of the power tool in

unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts.

Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught

in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust

extraction and collection facilities, ensure these

are connected and properly used.

Use of these devices can reduce dust related hazards.

4) Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct

power tool for your application.

The correct power tool will do the job better and

safer at the rate for which it was designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not

turn it on and off.

Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the

switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source before

making any adjustments, changing accessories, or

storing power tools.

Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk

of starting the power tool accidentally.

d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children

and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the

power tool or these instructions to operate the

power tool.

Power tools are dangerous in the hands of

untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or

binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and

any other condition that may affect the power

tools operation.

If damaged, have the power tool repaired before

use.

Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained

power tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean.

Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting

edges are less likely to bind and are easier to

control.

g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc.,

in accordance with these instructions and in the

manner intended for the particular type of power

tool, taking into account the working conditions

and the work to be performed.

Use of the power tool for operations different from

intended could result in a hazardous situation.

5) Service

a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair

person using only identical replacement parts.

This will ensure that the safety of the power tool

is maintained.

PRECAUTION

Keep children and infirm persons away.

When not in use, tools should be stored out of reach of

children and infirm persons.

PRECAUTIONS FOR CORDLESS ROTARY

HAMMER

1. Always charge the battery at a temperature of 0

– 40°C.

A temperature of less than 0°C will result in over

charging which is dangerous. The battery cannot

be charged at a temperature higher than 40°C.

The most suitable temperature for charging is that

of 20 – 25°C.

2. Do not use the charger continuously.

When one charging is completed, leave the charger

for about 15 minutes before the next charging of

battery.

3. Do not allow foreign matter to enter the hole for

connecting the rechargeable battery.

4. Never disassemble the rechargeable battery and

charger.

5. Never short-circuit the rechargeable battery. Short-

chircuiting the battery will cause a great electric

current and overheat. It results in burn or damage

to the battery.

6. Do not dispose of the battery in fire.

If the battery is burnt, it may explode.

7. When using this unit continuously, the unit may

overheat, leading to damage in the motor and

switch. Please leave it without using it for

approximately 15 minutes.

8. Do not insert object into the air ventilation slots

of the charger.

Inserting metal objects or inflammables into the

charger air ventilation slots will result in electrical

shock hazard or damaged charger.

9. Using an exhausted battery will damage the

charger.

10. When drilling in wall, floor or ceiling, check for

buried electric power cord, etc.

11. Bring the battery to the shop from which it was

purchased as soon as the post-charging battery

life becomes too short for practical use. Do not

dispose of the exhausted battery.

12. Wear ear protections

Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss.

13. Do not touch the bit during or immediately after

operation. The bit becomes very hot during

operation and could cause serious burns.

14. Use auxiliary handles supplied with the tool.

Loss of control can cause personal injury.

15. Always hold the body handle and side handle of

the power tool firmly. Otherwise the counterforce

produced may result in inaccurate and even

dangerous operation.

16. Wear a dust mask

Do not inhale the harmful dusts generated in

drilling or chiseling operation. The dust can

endanger the health of yourself and bystanders.

BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Battery removal

Hold the handle tightly and push the battery latches

to remove the battery (see Figs. 1 and 2).

CAUTION:

Never short-circuit the battery.

2. Battery installation

Insert the battery aligning both guide rail of battery

and body. Make sure the battery is fixed firmly.

CHARGING

Before using the power tool, charge the battery as follows.

1. Connect the charger’s power cord to a receptacle.

When the power cord is connected, the charger’s

pilot lamp will blink in red. (At 1-second intervals).

2. Insert the battery into the charger.

Insert the battery into the charger as shown in Fig.

3. Make sure the battery is fully seated in the

charger.

3. Charging

When inserting a battery in the charger, charging

will commence and the pilot lamp will light

continuously in red.

When the battery becomes fully recharged, the pilot

lamp will blink in red. (At 1-second intervals.) (See

Table 1)

The indications of the pilot lamp will be as shown

in Table 1, according to the condition of the charger

or the rechargeable battery.
