product. Protect yourself and others by observing all safety information, warnings and cautions.

Failure to comply with instructions could result in personal injury and/or damage to product or

property. Please retain instructions for future reference.

1. Safety Instructions

1.1 Explanation of the symbols

This product must not be disposed of with household waste!

By means of a CE marking, it can be recognized that a product

complies with the legal requirements of European legal standards

and therefore may be traded within the European Community.

Warning of electrical voltage!

Warning! Read the safety instructions carefully. Failure to follow the

safety precautions could result in serious injury or damage. Keep the

operating instructions in a safe place.

1.2 Safety advice and warnings

• Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future

reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions may result in an accident.

• Clean all the parts of the product that will be in contact with food, as indicated in the

cleaning section, before use.

• This appliance cannot be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of

children.

• This appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or

lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play

with the appliance.

• -Always switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply if it is left unattended and

before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use, assembling,

disassembling and cleaning.

• Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged or the protective cap is damaged or

cracked.

• If the connection is damaged it must be replaced. Take the appliance to an authorized

Technical Assistance Service. Do not try to dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may

be dangerous.

• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate matches the mains voltage before

plugging

• in the appliance.

• Connect the appliance to a base with an earth socket withstanding a minimum of 10

amperes.

• The appliance’s plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not

use

• plug adaptors.

• Keep the working area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.

• -The appliance should be used and kept over a flat and stable surface.

• Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.

• If any of the appliance casings breaks, immediately disconnect the appliance from the mains

• prevent the possibility of an electric shock.

• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if

it has a leak.

• Never use the electric wire to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.

• Do not wrap the cable around the appliance.

• Ensure that the electric cable does not get trapped or tangled

• The power cord must be regularly examined for signs of damage and if damaged, the

appliance

• must not be used.

• Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.

• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.

• Take the necessary measures to avoid starting the appliance involuntarily.

• Do not touch any of the appliance’s moving parts while it is operating.

3. Use and care

• Do not use the appliance if its accessories are not properly fitted.

• Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective. Replace them

immediately.

• Do not use the appliance if it is empty.

• Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.

• Do not move the appliance while in use.

• Do not force the appliance’s work capacity.

• This appliance is for household use only, not professional or industrial use.

• Store this appliance out of the reach of children and/or those with reduced physical, sensory

or mental abilities or those unfamiliar with its use

• Make sure the ventilation grate of the appliance is not obstructed by dust, dirt or other

objects.

• Keep the appliance in good condition. Check that the moving parts are not misaligned or

jammed and make sure there are no broken parts or anomalies that may prevent the

appliance from operating correctly.

• To push food down the feed tube, always use the “pusher”, never use your fingers or any

other

• device.

• Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if is not in use. This saves energy and

prolongs the life of the appliance.

• Do not use the appliance for more than 3 minutes at any one time.

• Do not use the appliance with frozen goods, ice or those containing bones.

4. Service

- Make sure that the appliance is serviced only by specialist personnel, and that only original spare

parts or accessories are used to replace existing parts/accessories.

- Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the

manufacturer’s liability null and void.

5. Instructions for use

5.1 Before use

- Make sure that all the product’s packaging has been removed.

- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in

the manner described in the cleaning section.

5.2 Use

- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.

- Make sure the filter (C) is well placed, turning and pressing down.

- Place the protective lid (B) in the correct position.

• Connect the appliance to the mains.

• Place the deposits of juice (F) and pulp (G) in the position.

• Once you have checked that the closing clamps (E) are well fitted.

• -Turn the appliance on, using the speed selector (I).

• -Note: If the all the parts are not correctly assembled, the appliance will not start.

• The illuminated ring (J) will be lighted.

• Choose desired speed: I (low speed) or II (normal speed).

• -Speed I is especially suitable for soft fruits and vegetables such as watermelons, grapes,

tomatoes, cucumbers…

• -Speed II is suitable for all other kinds of fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots…

• Insert the properly-cut fruit or vegetables into the corresponding opening in the protective

lid

• Squeeze it gently with the pusher.

• The juice and the residual pulp will automatically separate out: the juice into the glass (F) and

the residual pulp into the pulp collector (G).

• Do not exert too much pressure on the pusher as it could affect the quality of the end result.

It could even cause the filter come to a halt.

• Do not use the appliance for more than 3 minutes at any one time. Stop the motor and allow

it to cool for at least 2 minutes. Otherwise the motor may become damaged.

• Once finished, leave the motor to run a few seconds so that the juice can be strained.

• Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the selector control. (I)

• Before opening the blender, ensure that the motor has stopped completely.

• Open the two closing clamps (E).

• Remove the deposits of juice (F) and pulp (G), the pusher (A) and the protective lid.

• First pull the filter (C) and then the upper body (D).

• Remark: If you process a large quantity of fruit, you must periodically clean the filter and

remove the remains of the pulp.

5.3 After use

Stop the appliance, selecting position 0 on the selector control (I).

- Unplug the appliance from the mains.

- Clean the appliance.

6. Cleaning

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains and let it cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

• Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.

• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive

products,

• for cleaning the appliance.

• Do not submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid, or place it under a running tap.

• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.

• If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and

inexorably

• affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could become unsafe to use.

• The following pieces may be washed in a dishwasher (using a soft cleaning program):

- Plunger

- Protective lid.

- Removable filter

- Filter holder

- Pulp collector

- Juice jug

• All the parts apart from the motor body can be cleaned under the tap using detergent or

washing-up liquid.

• The filter must not be cleaned using aluminum scourers or other metal objects.

• Remove the leftover detergent well from the parts which may be in contact with the food.

• Then dry all parts before its assembly and storage

7. Anomalies and repair

Take the appliance to an authorized technical support service if problems arise. Do not try to

dismantle or repair without assistance, as this may be dangerous.

9. Disposal instruction

9.1 Disposal of the packaging

• Please make reference to the guidelines and standards for appropriate disposal of the packaging

valid in your region. In part, the package may consist of plastic bags - watch this respect, with

special care to ensure that this is not out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation!

9.2 Disposal of waste equipment

• Equipment must be disposed of in accordance with the rules and regulations of the local waste

disposal.

• At the end of the long life of your article, please dispose of the valuable raw materials for proper

disposal so that proper recycling can take place. If you are not sure how to proceed, the local

waste disposal companies or recycling centers are happy to help.

9.3 Meaning of the “dustbin”
