thank you for purchasing a Pro-Ject Audio phono amplifier with ND converter.
In order to achieve maximum performance and reliability you should study these instructions for use carefully.
Warning of o hazard for the user, the unit or possible misuse
Important notice
Connectors
Make all connections whilst the phono amplifier is disconnected from the power supply.
Toke core to connect the left and right channels correctly. The right channel is usually marked red, the left channel
block or white.
Do not connect the phono amplifiers output to o phono input (sometimes lobe/led gram, disc or RIM) on the
amplifier.
Never use any other power supply than the one supplied with the unit.
Input selector
Operating the push button Phono/ Line selects the inputs. “Phono” represents signal from Phono In RCA sockets.
“Line” activates line level input Line In (jock 3.5mm).
Connecting the record player
Input button set to “Phono”.
Connect the tonearm signal lead to the Phono In RCA sockets of the phono preamplifier. The earthing wire may
be connected to the screw terminal GND if you encounter hum problems when using the record player.
Line level input
Input button set to “Line”.
A line level signal source (e.g. tape deck or reel deck) con be connected to the unit using Line In socket.
