Dataram GRL667FBQ/16GB is a 240-pin JEDEC-compliant DDR2-667 FB-DIMM upgrade that consists of a matched set of two 8GB 4R DIMMs. It has a data transfer rate of 5.3 Gigabytes/sec and operates at a voltage of VDD = 1.8 V ±0.1; VCC = 1.5V ±0.1. The GRL667FBQ/16GB is fully RoHS Compliant and has a full DIMM heat spreader with thermal interface material (TIM) attached to the front and back of the DIMM for improved thermal performance. It is supported in Dell Precision 490, 690, R5400, T5400, T7400 systems.

Full DIMM Heat Spreader
Fully RoHS Compliant
Each GRL667FB upgrade consists of a matched set of
two DDR2-667 FB-DIMMs. One Advanced Memory
Buffer (AMB) is used as the interface between the system
memory bus and DIMM DRAMs. One 2K-bit EEPROM is
used for Serial Presence Detect. For improved thermal
performance, a Full DIMM Heat Spreader with thermal
interface material (TIM) is attached to the front and back
of the DIMM.
