DESCRIPTION:
ValueRAM's KVR333X64C25K2/256 is a kit of two 16M x 64-bit (128MB) CL2.5 DDR333
SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules. Total kit capacity is 256MB. The
components on each module include four 16M x 16-bit (4M x 16-bit x 4 Bank) DDR333
SDRAM in TSOP packages. Each 184-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires
+2.5V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
