8. Position air shield bracket (121005-01) against flange on right
end of burner as shown in Figure 5.
9. Insert injector back into center and tighten finger tight (see
Figure 6).
10. Push tube back toward injector and start compression nut onto
injector (see Figure 7).
11. Using two 9/16" wrenches, hold injector in place and tighten
compression nut onto injector. Do not rotate injector.
12. Inspect position of rear burner to insure lower edge of burner
flange is parallel to corresponding notch in chassis (see Figure
4, page 1). If burner is not in this position, twist burner into
position by hand.
13. Restore gas supply to unit. Start unit and carefully check
connection between injector and tube with noncorrosive leak
detection fluid.
14. Replace logs (see owner’s manual).
