The Alerta Wireless Transmitter is for use with Alerta Wireless Chair Alertamat,
Wireless Bed Alertamat and Wireless Floor+ Alertamat. It uses radio frequency
technology to connect to Alerta Wall Point Receiver with a wireless range of up to
95 meters. Once paired with Alerta Wall Point Receiver it will only transmit to that
Wall Point Receiver and will not interfere with other Alerta Wall Point Receivers in
use nearby.

Set-up Instructions
1. Remove rear case and install 2 x AAA batteries with the positive (+) and negative (-) ends
facing in the proper direction. Then replace rear cover.
2. Turn on power at power switch, the indicator blinks once to show that the power is normal.
If the indicator keeps flashing red, it indicates that the battery level is low then replace battery
instantly.
3. Have Alertamat (Alerta Wireless Chair Alertamat, Wireless Bed Alertamat or Wireless
Floor+ Alertamat) to hand and plug the Alertamat wire to the Alertamat Plug Connector in
the transmitter. Place Alerta Wireless Transmitter in the pocket of the Alertamat and seal the
pocket closed. Test the Alertamat before use.
Remember to switch Alerta Wireless Transmitter to ‘OFF’ if not in use for a period of time.
CAUTION
Improper installation of the battery or the installation of the incorrect battery
type can result in damage to the contacts and cause improper operation.
