User Guide
The Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set is designed and intended for domestic use only. It should not be used
for commercial purposes.
This unit is not a toy. Children should supervised to ensure they do not play with the Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set.
This unit contains small parts and components which pose a choking hazard to children and animals. Keep these parts
away from children and pets.
Check the contents of the packaging against this User Guide to ensure there are no missing or defective parts. Never use
defective parts.
Assemble only as instructed within this . Any deviation or shortcut may lead to incorrect assembly or be considered
customer misuse. Improper assembly may cause damage or serious injury.
Do not mount the Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set to a vehicle.
Do not overtighten any parts during assembly as this will damage the unit.
WARNING! The Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set should only be positioned on a flat stable surface.
Do not overload the drawers. For stability, heavier items should always be placed in the bottom drawers.
Do not rest or support items against or on the Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set.
CAUTION: To ensure continued safety, check the unit is secure and safe to use at regular intervals (every 3 months). Take
appropriate action to rectify any unstable or unsafe units.
If you do not understand these directions, or have any doubts regarding the safety of the assembly, please seek advice
and guidance from a qualified person.
Appropriate safety gear must be worn and precautions taken when installing this product.
We recommend that two people are present to install this Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set.
Ensure the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all hardware and supporting
components before installation, if unsure, contact a qualified contractor for guidance.
For strength with certain weaker walls and materials, the unit should only be affixed to wall studs. If uncertain, contact a
qualified contractor for guidance. Use of a Stud Finder (not included) is recommended.
It should not be mounted on steel stud or old cinder block walls.
If the hardware you require for your wall is not included, please consult your local hardware store for guidance. If you are
uncertain about the material, quality or suitability of the wall, refer to a qualified contractor for guidance.
Do not overtighten the mounting screws.
WARNING! Do not exceed the maximum stated load capacity recommended as this may result in damage or serious
injury.

CLEANING & CARE
To clean the Heavy Duty Storage Bin Rack Set, use and a damp cloth. Avoid using any harsh or abrasive chemicals as this
can damage the finish.
DISPOSAL INFORMATION
Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority for recycling advice.
ASSEMBLY
1. Place the Top Tray (6) upside down on a flat surface.
2. Position one of the I-Beam Frame Legs (3) on the
inside of the Top Tray.
NOTE: The eyelets on located on the I-Beam should be
facing inwards, with the larger circle facing downwards.
3. Use a Large Machine Screw (7) and Hex Nut (8) to
fasten the I-Beam Frame Legs to the Top Tray on both
sides.
4. Place the Base (1) on the opposite end of the
I-Beams, aligning the holes on the I-Beam with the
holes on the Base using the Large Machine Screws (7).
5. Place the Bottom Bin Support Rail (4) on the bottom
set of holes located on the I-Beams.
6. Align the holes in the Base Support Brackets (2) with
the threaded holes on the Base (6), and the holes of
the I-Beams. Fasten the top and bottom holes with two
Large Machine Screws (7).
7. Insert the remaining Bin Support Rails (4) on to the
I-Beams. Make sure the 3 holes in the support rails are
closer to the top.
8. Align the Vertical Support Bracket (5) on the back
of the Bin Support Rails, and secure into place with the
Small Machine Screws (9).
