5. Ensure that all pieces of this machine are secured together and all screws
are fully tightened before use.
6. When engaged the backrest extends beyond the length of the machine.
Ensure that rear facing legs of the machine are placed
at least 16 inches ( 40

away from walls or other objects.

secured into users desired seat position. Then rotate seat position knob
clockwise until fully tightened.

Features & Specifications
Adjustable Seat/ Reach
The Nitrofit Limber Pro offers more adjustability than any other stretch machine on
the market. Other stretch machines are plagued by fixed seats and limited
stretching capabilities. The Nitrofit Limber Pro’s has seven levels of adjustability
that move the seat closer or further away from the handles. Young or old, male or
female, tall or short, the Nitrofit Limber Pro’s will fit just about everyone.
Industry first adjustable calf stretch station
Our 3 stage removable calf stretch board is not just a stretch position but an entire
station. Our unique handle design curves around the front of the machine and
supports your balance when doing calf stretches. You can adjust the calf board
angle to 16, 23, or 30 degrees depending on your range of motion. The calf board
can be quickly removed to reduce the Limber Pro’s footprint or for storage.
Built in wheels
The front feet of the Limber Pro feature integrated wheels for easy relocation and
storage.

the parts list on page 6.
The numbers in the Diagrams demonstrate the ORDER IN WHICH THE PARTS SHOULD BE
ASSEMBLED.
STEP 1 :
Put rear tube with feet (part # 01) and main tube ( Part #02) together using screws ( #03), washer (#04)

Operation
Adjusting the seat
Locate the rotating knob underneath the seat. Ensure that the knob is turned fully counter clockwise.
Then pull the knob outwards away from the machine and slide the seat forwards or backwards to the
desired position. Once you have found your ideal seat setting ensure that the pin attached to the knob
fully seats into your desired seat setting hole. Finally rotate the knob clockwise to lock the seat securely in
place.
Suggested seat placement settings 1-7.

match with our suggested settings. Adjust the seat to which ever position feels the most comfortable to
you.
Adjusting the Calf board
While holding the calf board steady with one hand, grab the round handle of the quick pin and pull away
from the machine. The board will disconnect from the front of the Nitrofit Limber Pro stretch machine.
Position the calf board on the front of the machine so that the holes from the calf board align with the
holes on the front post. Insert quick pin into the side of the calf board and tap until the pin crosses
through both post holes and calf board holes.
Performing Stretches:
Warm up before stretching. Adjust the seat to a comfortable distance from the handlebars. Recline into
positions in a slow and controlled motion keeping your arms straight and knees on the kneepad. Avoid
bouncing and always wear the safety straps. Hold positions for 15-30 seconds each and repeat up to 3
times.
Form is very important to ensure that your stretches are effective. Review the pictures and descriptions
for guidance.
CAUTION: Never let go of the handles while engaged in a stretch.

Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
SOLUTION/ ACTION
When I lean back, the seat hits the wall
behind me.
Move your machine at least 16 inches away
from the wall.
The back of the seat hits the machine when
I lean all the way back.
You may have positioned the seat too
closely to the handles. Slide the seat back to
a farther position.
My seat is set at the farthest position and I
want a deeper stretch.
Grab the middle bars on the sides of
instruction panel or grab the sides of the
handles for a longer reach.
The pin for the calf board is not going into
the position holes on the machine.
Tap the handle of the pin with the palm of
your hand repeatedly until the pin goes into
place.
The machine flexes significantly where the
main tube (#02) meets the connection tube
(#07).
You are overloading the weight capacity of
the machine. Install the bracket support
foot (#31).
The seat wiggles from side to side when I
use the machine.
Ensure that the locking seat pin is securely
inserted into a position hole. Then tighten
the seat down by rotating the seat
adjustment handle clockwise until it is fully
tightened.
