Step 1 Put the drum(d) into winch frame(e), secure by using M10*90 bolt(b), locknut(c).

Step 2 Unscrew the nut on the winch frame(e), assemble the winch handle(a) and tighten the
nut. See FIG3, FIG 4.

Product Assembly
Step 3 Slide the bearing assembly(9) over the round end of part B(2). See FIG6
Note: The bearing assembly includes 3 pieces and must be fitted properly to ensure correct
movement. Sandwich the piece with the balls between the two remaining pieces. The grooves
should be positioned so they sit against the ball. See FIG5.

Step 4 Slide Part B(2) and bearing assembly(9) into Part C(3), secure by D-ring(6).

Step 5 Assemble the Part A(1) into Part B(2) and secure by D-ring(6). See FIG 9, FIG 10.

Step 6 Install winch(5) on the Part B(2) with M10*60 bolt(7) and Lock nut(8). See FIG 11

Step 7 Pull out the steel cable from winch(5), rest the steel cable on the rear and front pulleys
with the hook end running off the front of Part A(1), follow with the arrow. Secure in place with
D-ring(6) on two ends. See FIG 12

Step 8 Insert Part D(4) into Part C(3), secure by using D-ring(6). See FIG 13

Assemblage du treuil
Étape 1 Placez le tambour (d) dans le cadre du treuil (e) et fixez-le à l’aide du boulon M10 * 90

Étape 2 Dévissez l'écrou sur le cadre du treuil (e), assemblez la poignée du treuil (a) et serrez
l'écrou. Voir FIG 3, FIG 4.

Assemblage du produit
Étape 3 Faites glisser le roulement (9) sur l'extrémité arrondie de la pièce B (2). Voir FIG6

Remarque: Le roulement comprend 3 pièces et doit être monté correctement pour assurer un
mouvement correct. Sandwich la pièce avec les boules entre les deux pièces restantes. Les
rainures doivent être positionnées de manière à s’asseoir contre le ballon. Voir FIG5.

Étape 4 Faites glisser la pièce B (2) et le roulement (9) dans la pièce C (3), en les fixant à l'aide

Étape 7 Retirez le câble en acier du treuil (5), posez le câble en acier sur les poulies arrière et
avant, l'extrémité du crochet sortant de l'avant de la pièce A (1), puis suivez la flèche. Fixez en
place avec l'anneau en D (6) aux deux extrémités. Voir FIG 12
