IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
We thank you for choosing our product. To ensure your safety and health, please use this
equipment correctly. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using
the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be assured if the equipment is assembled,
maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the
equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your physician to
determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your
health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your
physician’s advice is essential if you are taking any medication that may affect
your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
2. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage
your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms:
pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath,
lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of
these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your
exercise program.
3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for
adult use only.
4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your
floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet of
free space all around it.
5. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment.
The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
6. It is recommended that you lubricate all moving parts on a monthly basis.
7. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components
while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises
coming from the equipment during exercise, stop using the equipment
immediately and don’t use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
8. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing
that may become entangled in the equipment.
9. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
10. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 220 pounds.
11. This equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
12. Move with caution when lifting and moving the equipment. Always use proper
lifting technique and seek assistance if necessary.
13. Your product is intended for use in cool, dry conditions. You should avoid
storage in extreme cold, hot, or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and
other related problems.
14. This equipment is designed for indoor household use only! It is not intended for
commercial use!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 2) and the Rear Stabilizer (No. 3) to the Main
Frame (No. 1) using 4 Carriage Bolts (No. 20), 4 Arc Washers (No. 19) and 4
Acorn Nuts (No. 18). Tighten with Spanner tool.

STEP 2:
1. Attach the Computer Bracket (No. 12) to the Main Frame (No. 1) with Cross
Pan Head Screws (No. 13) tightly.
2. To install the Handlebar (No. 5), first remove Handlebar (No. 5) from the Desk
(No. 22) by opening the clasps. Press the tab on Fixing Bracket (No. 24) to
open the clasps, as shown in Figure A.
3. Open the clamp G on the back of the Handlebar Post (17). Place the Handlebar
(5) in clamp G and close the clamp. Note: the pins E and F on Handlebar (No. 5)
must be inserted in the holes H, shown in Figure C. Lock to the Main Frame (No.
1) with Knob (No. 28), Spacer (No. 30) and Flat Washer (No. 27) and tighten.
4. Install the Desk (No. 22) on the Handlebar (No. 5). The Handlebar (5) should fit
in the grooves on the bottom of the Desk (No. 22). Secure by pinching the tabs
on Fixing Bracket (No. 23) and Clamping Sheet (24) together to close the clasp,
as shown in Figure B. Attach the Bottle Holder (29) to the Desk (22).

STEP 3:
Insert the Computer (No. 8) onto the Computer bracket (No. 12) at the top of the
Handlebar (No. 5). Connect the Sensor Wire (No. 14) to the Computer Wire (No. 8)
together.
STEP 4:
Attach the Pedals (No. 7 L/R) to the corresponding Crank (No. 6 L/R) individually.
The Pedals are marked L for Left and R for Right.
Left Pedal: Align the Left Pedal (No. 7L) with the Left Crank Arm (No. 6L) at 90
degrees and gently insert the pedal into the crank arm. Turn the left pedal counter-
clockwise as tightly as you can with your hand, then secure using Spanner tool.
Right Pedal: Align the Right Pedal (No. 7R) with the Right Crank Arm (No. 6R) at
90 degrees and gently insert the pedal into the crank arm. Turn the left pedal
clockwise as tightly as you can with your hand, then secure using Spanner tool.

STEP 5:
Fix the Saddle (No. 16) to the Saddle Post (No. 4) with 3 Flat Washers (No. 9) and
3 Nylon Nuts (No. 10), which are preassembled on the equipment, then insert the
Saddle Post (No. 4) into the Main Frame (No. 1). Adjust the Saddle (No. 16) to the
desired height then secure it with Pop-pin Knob (No. 17).
The assembly is complete!
FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
Before folding the bike, remove the Desk (22) from the Handlebar (No. 5).
NOTE: Keep at least 2 feet of free space around the bike at all times, when folded or
unfolded.
Be cautious when folding or unfolding the bike as there are pinch hazards!

KEY FUNCTIONS
1. MODE: Press this button to select the desired function. Hold
the MODE button for 4 seconds to reset all values.
FUNCTIONS
1. TIME (TMR): Counts the time elapsed from start to finish.
2. SPEED (SPD): Displays the current speed.
3. DISTANCE (DST): Accumulates the distance traveled during exercise.
4. CALORIES (CAL): Counts the calories burned during exercise.
5. SCAN: Automatically scans through each function consecutively.
6. BATTERY: If the monitor is not functioning properly, you may need to replace the
batteries. This monitor uses two AA batteries. You can replace the batteries at the
same time. Do not mix old and new batteries or battery types. Dispose of the old
batteries according to your state and regional guidelines.
7. AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor will turn on once you start pedaling or press the
MODE button. The monitor will shut off automatically after about 4 minutes of
inactivity.
