Costco Wholesale records indicate you, or one of your add-on members, purchased a
Samsung Soundbar HW-Q67CB/ZA (Costco item #1651352) between June 26, 2022
and August 19, 2022.
It has recently come to our attention that some of the soundbars sold may experience a
connectivity issue.
If you purchased this product between June 26, 2022 and August 19, 2022, and your
product has a connectivity issue, or you have concerns about the connectivity issues,
please contact Samsung Customer Care at 800-SAMSUNG.
If you are not completely satisfied with your soundbar, please return it to your local
Costco for a full refund.
