ongratulations for selecting ION By BLADEZ as your primary source of fitness
equipment. ION By BLADEZ treadmills offer many exercise programs that benefit
users of all ages and fitness levels. The treadmill is designed to make your workout
more effective and enjoyable.
Please read this manual carefully before using your 1807T-ME treadmill. This will
allow you to gain a full understanding of all the features BLADEZ’ treadmills
provide. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact BLADEZ Corporation

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read all instructions before using the treadmill.
Notice: Consult your family physician or health care professional to develop a well
planned exercise program to fit your health needs. If you encounter any pain or
breathing discomfort while working out, STOP!, and consult a physician before
continuing
WA R N I N G !
1. It is wise to always unplug this appliance from the electrical outlet immediately
after use.
2. Keep Children away from machine while in use.
3. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the treadmill.
4. Maximum user weight of this treadmill is 300 lbs.
5. Keep a minimum clearance of 18 on each side and 24 at the rear of the
treadmill for safety.
6. It is mandatory that you unplug the treadmill prior to cleaning to reduce the risk
of electric shock, serious burns, and the risk of injuries.
7. The treadmill should never be left unattended when in operation. Unplug the
treadmill from the outlet when not in use or when servicing the treadmill.
8. Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near
children, invalids, or disabled persons.
9. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
Do not use any attachment not recommended by the manufacturer.
10. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not
working properly. Call your service center for any service concerns before taking
your treadmill in for repair.
11. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
12. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
13. Do not use outdoors.
14. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
15. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
16. Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.
17. This appliance is intended for household use only.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it malfunctions or breaks down, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electric currents, to reduce the risk of electric
shock. This product is equipped with a cord, which has an equipment-grounding
conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate
outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and
ordinances.
WA R N I N G !
– An improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor
can result in a risk of an electrical shock. Check with a qualified electrician or
serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
Do not modify the plug provided to you. If it does not fit the outlet, have a proper
outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 110-120-volt circuit and has a grounding plug
that looks like the plug illustrated in the figure. Make sure that the product is
connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter or
extension cord should be used with this product.

We strongly recommend using two people to ease of the treadmill assembly.
For your convenience, there is a tool kit included with the treadmill.
NOTE: Make sure that the power cord is unplugged before you begin installation.
1. Use the guide wire pre installed in the
right side upright (D) to secure the main
control wire harness.
2. Next feed the cable through the opening
as shown and pull the guide wire from
the top of the upright (D).
3. Next insert the rubber sleeve in the
bottom opening on the right side upright
(D) as shown.
4. Place both uprights (C,D) onto the frame
base as shown in arrows, then secure
them with 4 bolts (a) on each side with
the allen wrench provided.

5. Attach the side covers (E,F) to the main
frame using 2 screws (c) as shown.
Repeat this step for the other side cover.
6. Next place the computer rack assembly
(G) onto the left and right uprights (C/D).
7. Connect the control wire harness pulled
out from the upright tubes to the control
wire harness on the computer rack
assembly.
8.
Next attach the computer rack assembly
to the uprights using the 4 (b) bolts.
NOTE : When fasten the bolt, please pay
attention not to press the control
cable inside the tube.

9. Next place bottle holder mounting cover
(J) onto the computer rack assembly and
fasten them with 1 bolt (d) on each side.
10. Snap the rail covers (H,I) in place as
shown.
11. Connect all the wire harnesses and cables
from the bottle holder mounting cover
onto the TV console (A).
12. Place TV connected board (k) in place,
then secure console cover, rear (K) with 4
bolts (d).
13. Then place the TV display console on the
bottle holder mounting cover and fasten
them with 4 nuts (e) as shown.

GETTING STARTED
FOLDING:
To fold your treadmill into the upright position, first be sure to set the elevation to 0 %
incline. The treadmill will not lock into the upright position if the treadmill is not at 0 %
incline.
Using both hands, lift the treadmill by the end caps at the rear of the treadmill and push it
up until the retaining shaft locks the treadmill into place.
UNFOLDING:
To unfold the treadmill from the upright position simply depress the unfolding pedal with
your right foot and guide the deck down with both hands. Make sure that you do not let
go until the deck is firmly on the floor.
MOVING THE TREADMILL
The treadmill will need to be locked in the upright position as illustrated above.
Grab the end caps with two hands and slowly pull the deck down towards
your body until the casters are able to roll freely. Keep the treadmill at that angle
until you are done with your move.

SAFETY KEY & CLIP
Your ION By Bladez treadmill is equipped with a safety key that will disable the
treadmill if it is not in place. You should attach the clip end to your clothing. The
magnet end goes into the recess of the console. If at any time you need to stop the
treadmill quickly, simply pull the safety key off the console. This will cut all power to
the treadmill and it will come to a complete stop. To resume your workout, place the
safety key back in place. You will then need to program your workout again.
BEFORE STARTING
Straddle the running belt and stand on the plastic side rails. Insert the safety key and
attach the rope to your clothing. Do not stand on the walking belt while starting or
stopping the treadmill.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
QUICK STARTThis key is used to begin any treadmill program or quick start.
MODE This key is used to enter into the program mode. It is also used to change the
values on the display readout such as changing from Cal, Distance, Speed
STOP/RESETThis key is used to stop the treadmill at any time. Press the STOP
button and hold for 3 seconds and the treadmill will reset itself.
ENTER This key is used to confirm pre-selection. It can also be used to shift from
English to Metric units or vice versa, please refer to the following:
Change from Metric to Standard or vice versa
1. Press ENTER button for 10 seconds and either “En” or “Sl” will appear in the lower
left corner of the display window.
2. Using the select “En” for Standard or “Sl” for Metric display.
3. Press the ENTER button to lock in your change.
4. It will take 5 seconds to reset itself.
This key is used to adjust the speed on the treadmill.
It is also used to change values during programming.
This key is used to adjust the elevation on the treadmill.
It is also used to change values during programming.
INSTANT SPEED KEYSYou can change the speed of the treadmill by pressing one
of the Instant Speed Key buttons. Each key represents the assigned value in Miles per
hour (MPH). Choose from 1 2 4 6 8 10 MPH.
INSTANT ELEVATION KEYSYou can change the elevation of the treadmill by
pressing one of the Instant Elevation Key buttons. Each key represents the assigned
percentage of elevations. Choose from 2 4 6 8 10 12%.

QUICK START
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press START key. The running belt will start to move at 0.5 MPH.
3. Adjust Speed with the keys.
4. Adjust Incline with the keys.
TO STOP
1. Step off running belt onto the plastic side rails
2. Press STOP key. The running belt will stop
Note: For an immediate stop, pull out the safety key from the safety key
recess and the treadmill will stop abruptly.
MANUAL PROGRAM SET UP
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press MODE key ~ Program light will be flashing
3. Press ENTER key ~ Time will be flashing.
4. Adjust time with the keys or .
5. Press START key
6. Adjust Speed with the keys or Instant Speed Keys.
7. Adjust Incline with the keys or Instant Elevation Keys.
PROGRAM SET-UP
1. Turn on POWER
2. Press MODE key ~ Program light will be flashing.
3. Adjust the programs from P1-P10 with the or keys.
4. Press ENTER key to lock in your selection, pulse light will be flashing.
5. Adjust the levels from L1-L10 with the or keys.
6. Press ENTER key to lock in your selection, pulse light will be flashing.
7. Adjust the time from 20-99 minutes with the or keys.
8. Press ENTER key to lock in your selection.
9. Now press START key to begin your program.

CONSOLE FEEDBACK
TIME – This will read the number of minutes left in the program that you have selected.
In Quick start it will read the number of minutes that you have been exercising.
CALORIES – This reading is the amount of body heat in calories burned during your
workout. This is an estimated value bases on user weight.
INCLINE – Elevation will read as a percent of incline (0-12%)
PULSE – Pulse will read in beats per minute. (BPM)
SPEED – This is how fast you are moving in terms of miles per hour. (MPH)
DISTANCE – Total distance traveled during your workout. This value is displayed in
miles.
DISPLAY CONSOLE FUNCTION KEYS

USING YOUR LCD DISPLAY
Start up:
Once you have completed the set up instructions your LCD display should
be connected to either the co-axial cable and/or the AV input located on the
back of the display. You are now ready to use your Motivational
Entertainment.
Step 1. Press the POWER Button on the display
Step 2. Press the AV/TV button to select the appropriate input.
Step 3. Using the channel buttons choose your favorite program
Step 4. Using the volume buttons adjust the volume to the appropriate
level.

Adjusting your LCD Display
LCD Display Menu:
To enter the set up mode for the LCD TV screen:
1.Press POWER.
2 Press AV/ TV for 10 seconds. Then release the button.
3. Press on channel to select items like brightness, contrast, color,
etc.
4. Press on volume to adjust these settings.
5. Press AV/TV for exit.
