Safety instructions
This accessory is designed for the hand blender MSM67..IN.
Follow the operating instructions for the hand blender.
The accessories are suitable only for the use described in these
instructions.
W Risk of injury from sharp blades / rotating drive!
The universal cutter must be completely assembled before use!
Never grip the blade in the universal cutter. Take hold of the
universal cutter blade by the plastic handle only. Never clean the
blades with bare hands. Use a brush.
W Risk of scalding!
When processing hot milk, use a tall, narrow receptacle for
blending. Hot milk may splash and scald you.
W Important!
Do not attach or remove accessories until the base unit is at a
standstill. Never use the hand blender / blender foot in the universal
cutter. The universal cutter is not microwave-safe. Never immerse the
attachment of the universal cutter in liquids and do not clean under
flowing water or in the dishwasher.
Never insert the whisk into the base unit without the gear attachment.
Never immerse the gear attachment in liquids and do not clean under
flowing water or in the dishwasher.

place. If passing on the appliance to a
third party, always include the operating

Operation
W Risk of injury from sharp blade!
The universal cutter must be completely
assembled before use! Never grip the blade
in the universal cutter. Take hold of the
universal cutter blade by the plastic handle
only. Do not touch blade with bare hands.
The universal cutter is suitable for cutting
meat, hard cheese, onions, herbs, garlic,
fruit, vegetables, nuts, almonds.
Always observe the maximum quantities
and processing times in the table (Fig. E).
Caution!
Before cutting meat, remove gristle, bones
and sinews. The universal cutter is not
suitable for cutting very hard food (coffee
beans, radishes, nutmeg) and frozen food
(fruit, etc.).

1. Place the container on a smooth, clean
work surface and press into position.
Insert the universal blade.
Important: The blade must be positioned
straight in the container.
2. Add food.
3. Place the gear attachment on the
container and rotate clockwise until it
clicks into position.
4. Place the base unit on the gear attach-
ment and press until it clicks into position.
5. Plug the mains plug into the mains.
6. Hold the base unit and universal cutter
firmly. Press the Turbo button Â.
The appliance remains switched on as
long as the button is pressed.
7. Process the food with the universal cutter.
8. Release the On button after processing.
Wait until the drive comes to a standstill.
Disconnect the mains plug.
9. Hold down both release buttons and
remove the base unit.
10. Rotate the gear attachment
anticlockwise and remove.
11. Take out the blade.
12. Empty the container.
Clean all parts immediately after use.

Sample recipe:
Honey cake with apples
Honey-apple mixture
(CNHR25, CNHR26, CNHR26C):
130 g forest honey (5 °C)
30 g apple in cubes (11 mm)
Put in universal cutter and mix on Turbo
speed for 2 seconds.
Cake:
3 eggs
60 g butter
100 g plain white flour
60 g ground walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 packets vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 apple
Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks and sugar, then add the
softened butter and the honey-apple
mixture.
Mix the flour, ground walnuts, cinnamon
and baking powder in a separate bowl.
Add to the moist ingredients and mix
in. Using a spatula carefully fold in the
beaten egg whites.
Line a bread baking pan (dimensions
35 cm x 11 cm) with baking paper and
pour in the prepared mixture.
Peel the apple and slice. Arrange the
slices on the cake.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake
the cake for 30 minutes.

For whipping cream, beating egg whites
and milk froth from hot milk (max. 70 °C)
and cold milk (max. 8 °C) as well as for
making sauces and desserts.
W Risk of scalding!
When processing hot liquids, use a tall, thin
blending receptacle.
Warning!
Never insert the whisk into the base unit
without the gear attachment.
Do not attach or remove the gear
attachment with the whisk until the
appliance is at a standstill.

1. Place the prepared food in the blender
jug or other suitable receptacle or
process in the pan used for cooking.
2. Place the gear attachment on the whisk
and press until it clicks into position.
3. Place the whisk with the gear
attachment on the base unit and press
until it clicks into position.
4. Connect the mains plug.
5. Set the required speed with the speed
control (high speed recommended)
6. Take hold of the base unit and blender
jug and press the ON button Ã.
7. Process the food with the whisk.
8. Release the ON button after processing.
Wait until the drive comes to a standstill.
9. Disconnect the mains plug.
10. Hold down both release buttons
and remove the whisk with the gear
attachment from the base unit.
11. Remove the gear attachment from the
whisk.
Clean all parts immediately after use.

Cleaning and maintenance
The attachments and accessories used
must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
W Risk of injury
Do not touch the sharp edges of the blades
with bare hands. To clean, only grasp by the
plastic and use a brush.
Caution!
Do not use any cleaning agents
containing alcohol or spirits.
Do not use any sharp, pointed or metal
objects.
Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaning
agents.
Never immerse the gear attachment
of the universal cutter or the gear
attachment of the whisk in liquids or
hold under running water. Do not clean
in the dishwasher.
Note: When processing food such as
red cabbage or carrots, plastic parts may
become discoloured. This can be removed
with a few drops of cooking oil.
In Fig. D you will find a summary of how to
clean the individual parts.
Only wipe the attachment of the
universal cutter and the gear attachment
of the whisk with a soft, damp cloth and
dry off.
Clean the other accessory parts with a
detergent solution and a soft cloth or
sponge or place them in the dishwasher.
Clean the blades with a brush.

(warranty) to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 2 years from
the date of purchase (warranty period)
2. This product is covered under warranty
against any manufacturing defect or
workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS
from the date of purchase. Should a defect
develop during the warranty period, Bosch
undertakes to repair the appliance FREE
OF CHARGE through any of the authorised
service centres.
3. Warranty and service:

To make a warranty claim, you must provide
proof of purchase.
4. CLAIM:
a. The claim must be made within the
warranty period.
b. Bosch will repair or replace any defective
parts and correct any problems resulting
from poor workmanship free of charge.
c. Service to the product shall be carried out
at your home or the store, whereby the
customer has to take the product to the
store where the product was purchased
at the purchaser’s risk, responsibility and
cost.
d. While the company will make every effort
to carry out the necessary repairs at the
earliest opportunity, the company is under
no obligation to do so within a stipulated
time period. Claims, if any, to this warranty
shall in no case exceed the purchase
price of the product.
e. In case of repairs or replacement of any
part(s) of the product, this warranty will
thereafter continue and remain in force
only for the unexpired period of the
warranty.
f. Replacement of parts would be purely at
the discretion of the company alone. If the
entire product is being replaced (subject
to the sole discretion of the company), the
same model will be replaced, and in the
event such model has been discontinued,
it shall be replaced with the model of
equivalent price at the time of purchase.
g. Replacement criteria from warranty
terms do not stand if “no problem found”
type diagnosis is made and perceived
intermittent errors that cannot be
reproduced are noticed.
h. The authorised technician concerned will
advise whether to effect repair on site or
at the authorised service centre.
i. This warranty will be terminated
automatically after a period of 24 months
from the date of purchase even if the
product was not in use for any time during
the warranty period for any reason.
5. This warranty shall be rendered null and void if:
a. The product is physically damaged
b. The product is modified, maintained or
repaired by a party not authorised by
Bosch.
c. The product is installed, maintained
and operated in ways other than as
recommended by Bosch.
d. The product is used for commercial
purposes.
e. The product is faulty or damaged due to
electrical faults external to the product.
f. Malfunctions or damage resulting from
insects, natural calamities, fire and/or
accidents.
g. The model number, serial number or
warranty stickers have been removed or
tampered with.
h. In case any spare part or any other part
is used in the functioning of the appliance
which does not comply with the safety
parameters approved by Bosch.
6. Warranty limitations
a. The warranty is not transferable from one
user/customer to another.
b. The Bosch warranty does not entail a
warranty of functionality or any obligation
to repair or replace a defective product
if that defect is a result of physical
breakage, improper installation or
connections, electrical faults external
to the product, misuse or unauthorised
modification of the product.
