Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual accompanies this mini food chopper with glass
bowl. It contains important information on start-up and handling.
For improved readability, the „mini food chopper with glass bowl“
will be referred to only as the “mini food chopper” below.
Before using the mini food chopper, read the user manual carefully. This partic-
ularly applies for the safety notes. Failure to comply with this user manual may
result in severe injury or damage to the mini food chopper.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the mini food chopper on to
third parties, please be absolutely sure to include this user manual.

The mini food chopper is only for chopping fruits, vegetables, herbs or similar,
for preparing dressings or stirring and whipping liquid foods such as eggs or
cream. It is only intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial use.
The mini food chopper is not intended for use
in employee kitchens,
in stores, offices and other commercial areas,
in agricultural operations,
in commercial areas and
not for use by customers in hotels, motels, other residential facilities or bed
and breakfasts.
Only use the mini food chopper with the original accessories and only as
described in this user manual. Using it in any other way is deemed improper
and may result in damage to property or even personal injury. The mini food
chopper is not a children’s toy.

If the power cord of the mini food chopper is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer
service department or a person with similar qualifications

Do not open the housing and do not in any case attempt
to use metallic objects to access the inside of the mini food
chopper. Have qualified professionals perform repairs.
For this, contact an authorized qualified workshop.
Liability and warranty claims are waived in the event of
repairs performed by the user, improper connection or
incorrect operation.
Only parts that comply with the original device data may
be used for repairs. This mini food chopper contains
electrical and mechanical parts, which are essential for
providing protection against sources of danger.
The mini food chopper must not be operated with an
external timer or separate telecontrol system.
Do not immerse the mini food chopper or the power cable
or power plug in water or other liquids.
Do not use the mini food chopper if you are standing on a
damp floor or if your hands or the mini food chopper are
wet.
Only use the mini food chopper in dry indoor areas.
Do not pull the power plug out of the socket by the power
cable; instead, always pull it out by the plug.
Never use the power cable as a carrying strap.
Keep the mini food chopper, power plug and power cable

Never attempt to catch the mini food chopper if it has fallen
in water. In such a case, immediately disconnect the power
plug. Afterwards, do not operate the mini food chopper,
but first have it checked by an authorized service point.
Pull the power plug out of the socket
when you are not using the mini food chopper,
before you clean the mini food chopper,
if a fault occurs,
in the event of a storm.

The mini food chopper is equipped with sharp blades. Improper
handling of the mini food chopper or individual parts of the
device may inflict serious cuts.
Do not touch rotating parts of the device and never
attempt to stop moving device parts with your hand or
with other objects.
Do not touch the blades with bare hands.
Do not use the mini food chopper if the blades are damaged.
Only use the enclosed original accessories.
Clearly advise other users of the risks.
Do not chop any hard ingredients or seeds and
if necessary, remove any stalks or stems before you chop
the ingredients. Before you chop meat, remove any bones
and sinews if present.
Absolutely do not operate the mini food chopper without
ingredients as the motor could overheat.
Operate the mini food chopper with the blade insert
for no more than 15 seconds and with the frothing insert
for no more than 2minutes at a time. Then let the mini
food chopper cool down to room temperature.

mini food chopper.
Stop using the mini food chopper if parts of the mini food
chopper exhibit cracks or breaks or are deformed. Only

Checking the mini food chopper and product contents
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other pointy objects, you could damage the mini
food chopper.
Therefore, be careful when opening it.
1. Take the mini food chopper out of the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the delivery is complete (see fig. A).
3. Check whether the mini food chopper or the individual parts exhibit damage.
If this is the case, do not use the mini food chopper. Contact the manufacturer
at the service address specified on the warranty card.
Basic cleaning
Remove the packaging material and all protective foils.
Before first use, clean all parts of the mini food chopper as described in the
chapter “Cleaning”.
Assembling the mini food chopper
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Handling the mini food chopper or individual parts of the device
improperly may result in severe injury.
Always switch the mini food chopper off and pull the power
plug out of the socket when assembling or disassembling
the mini food chopper.
Do not touch the blades with bare hands as the blades are
very sharp.
Only take the lid off once the blades have come to a complete
stop.

Do not transport the mini food chopper while it is operating.
Make sure that your hands, hair, clothing, jewelry or other
objects do not end up in the mini food chopper or the bowl
while chopping.

It only works if the motor block is properly seated on the lid of

Follow the steps below to assemble the mini food chopper:

When putting the lid on, make sure that the handles

bowl are inserted in the recesses in the lid. The lid is now securely fitted on the
bowl and cannot be turned.

Operation
Using the mini food chopper with the blade insert
You can chop and/or mince your ingredients with the blade
insert. Always cut the ingredients into small pieces before you
put them in the bowl. Do not use any hard ingredients as they
could damage the blade insert.
1. Place the base

down for no more than 15 seconds to chop the
ingredients and then let the motor block cool off.
Repeat the process if the ingredients have still not been adequately chopped up.
8. Disconnect the mini food chopper from the power supply.
9. Carefully take the motor block, the lid and the blade insert off. To do so,
reverse the steps described in the chapter “Assembling the mini food
chopper.
10. Take the chopped ingredients out of the bowl.
Using the mini food chopper with the frothing insert
You can stir and beat liquid foods such as eggs and cream with
the frothing insert.
If you use the frothing insert, make sure that you do not add
an excessive quantity to the mini food chopper as the volume
of the ingredients used will increase. As a reference value, we
recommend not using more than 200 millimeters.

7. Push the pulse button

to froth the ingredients. Hold the pulse button
down for no more than 2 minutes until the ingredients have been frothed
(most ingredients require much less time to be processed).
Then let the motor block cool off.
Repeat the process if the ingredients have still not been adequately frothed.
8. Disconnect the mini food chopper from the power supply.
9. Carefully take the motor block, the lid and the frothing insert off. To do so, reverse
the steps described in the chapter “Assembling the mini food chopper.
10. Take the frothed ingredients out of the bowl.

electric shock. Water that has penetrated the housing may
cause a short circuit.
Always switch the mini food chopper off and pull the power
plug out of the socket before you clean the mini food chopper.
Never immerse the mini food chopper or the motor block
in water.
Make sure that no water penetrates the housing.
Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.

Improperly cleaning the mini food chopper can cause damage.
Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or ny-
lon bristles, sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as knives,
hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the surfaces.
Do not in any case place the motor block of the mini food
chopper in the dishwasher. It would be destroyed as a result.
Cleaning the motor block
1. Disconnect the power plug before cleaning.
2. Let the mini food chopper cool off completely.
