User instructions
Unpack the buffet cabinet and remove the packing material according to the
environmental regulations.
Place the buffet cabinet on an even surface.
Do not place the buffet cabinet in the place exposed to the direct sunlight.
When placing the buffet cabinet, make sure there is enough space from service
side to open the glass doors.
The buffet cabinet is designed for displaying pastries, snacks and similar food
products.
Do not store perishable products in the buffet cabinet.
Both display areas in the buffet cabinet
are permanently fitted. It is not possible to
change their height or remove them from
the cabinet.
The buffet cabinet can be filled in only
from the rear.
Prepare appropriate food products and
place them on the upper / lower display
area.
In order to remove the displayed products
open the appropriate door.
The door may be easily blocked open. Two
elongated holes with a plastic element lock
the door in open opposition.
More plastic elements protect the door
against strong impact if it suddenly drops
down.

Cleaning instructions
Clean the interior and exterior of the buffet cabinet with a soft, wet cloth or sponge
which does not shed fibres.
In case of strong contamination, use a mild cleaning agent.
Never use harsh or coarse cleaning agent which may scratch the surface of the
buffet cabinet.
