Product Description

The product covered by this report is a landscape type LCD display system for use with medical electrical

equipment.

The product covered is intended for use in a hospital or related health care facility. The display does not

employ any applied parts.

Model Differences

N/A

Additional Information

- Maximum load conditions during testing is defined as units displaying test screen pattern, max. contrast and

brightness.

- The equipment includes an external power supply which has not been investigated as part of the

evaluation, but has been separately investigated for reinforced insulated output. The corresponding

certificates are included in the enclosure "Licenses".

The monitor shall be supplied from an external power supply of the following type(s):

- Jerome Industries Corp, type WSX824M; Skynet, type SNP-129-M or XP Power, type AMM120PS24

series.

- A full test report of the power supply may be required when submitting this CB Test Report to a National

Certification Body (NCB) for obtaining certification at national level.

- Model MDSC-2124 is considered Class I.

- Max. ambient temperature of model MDSC-2124 is 40°C.

- This product contains visible indicator LEDs (with diffusing lens) only. No IEC 60825-1 evaluation was

deemed necessary. Additional testing and evaluation may be required based on auditing agency's discretion.
