1. FIRMWARE UPGRADE AND X-CUBE SWAP
1.1 Impact of the firmware version on X-Cube swap
Domain of application
This InfoT is only applicable for following iQR*** projectors :
• R9010150: iQR210
• R9010230: iQR210 Pro
• R9010140: iQR350
• R9010210: iQR350 Pro
• R9010160: iQR500
• R9010220: iQR500 Pro
• R9210145: R350 Fats
and for X-Cube kits R827847k with serial num ber R50021 or higher.
Description
When replacing an X-Cube with an X-Cube kit with serial number R50021 or higher,al-
ways insure th at the proje ctor has firmware version V2.10 (or higher) installed.
This means that before downloading the new X-Cube settings, check that the projector has
firmware V2.10 (or higher) running.
If this is not the case, first upg
rade the projector to V2.10 and then perform the X-Cube
settings download.
Running an old er firmware (<V2 .10 ) in combination with a new X-Cube
set (sn R50021 or higher) wi
ll not guarantee optimal image quality.
