We have included some important information to ensure a smooth delivery and assembly so that
you can start enjoying your new purchase.
*All orders are mailed out within 3-6 business days.
* Before you purchase, please check with your Local DMV for the rules in your State.
*The buyer is responsible for the post-delivery inspection to secure all nuts, bolts, hoses, lines,
tires, change engine and gear oil and anything else necessary to ensure the vehicle is ready to
be operated.
* Before purchasing a unit on this site, you agree that you have done the appropriate research
regarding safe operation and maintenance of the vehicle, and will handle the unit in
compliance with the laws of your state and local laws for off-road and on-road vehicles.
*Order notice
1.We would confirm the order by email and phone, the buyer need confirm his phone number
and dress are effective as this will be very important when the trucking company calls you to
schedule the delivery appointment.
2.We would arrange the shipment after we confirm the order with buyer by phone. The buyer
need be responsible for all delays or other losses caused by we can’t contact him.
3.If the buyer aren’t sign for the products from carrier or refusal of delivery at the agreed delivery
appointment,the buyer is responsible for initial freight, return freight, and a 25% restocking fee
to cover the time, labor, and materials invested in preparing the shipment.
*Receipt instruction
Before the delivery driver arrives, have a camera (preferably digital) ready.
Damages
1. After the delivery driver arrives and unloads your box, but before the delivery driver leaves,
open and box and inspect the condition of the unit carefully and note any and all damages.
2. The delivery driver is required to stay there for a minimum of 15 minutes so that you can
inspect your unit. They will not wait for you to completely unpackaged or assemble the unit.
Please call us immediately if the delivery driver is attempting to leave before the required wait
time has expired.
3. Do not take any advice from the delivery driver in regards to your shipment.
4. If there are minor damages to your unit, please notate the damages on the delivery slip
(driver's copy as well as your copy). We will be able to send you replacement parts free of charge.
If there is no notation of damage on the delivery slip (driver's copy), you will be responsible of
cost of replacement parts and freight.
*Return Policy
Return Agreement
Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Returns &
Exchanges Policy below to determine if any special conditions may apply Return Agreement and
please contact us before return in case of unnecessary losses.
1. All returns must be pre-authorized by Customer Service. A RMA number needs to be
generated for all returns.
2. Products must be returned in original packaging within 30 days in new and re-sellable
condition.
3. No alterations, abuse, negligence, or accidents. And proper maintenance is a must.
4. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or
damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return products that
have any sustained damages.
5. If you have received your order for more than 30 days and have used it, you will not be eligible
to return it, get a refund or replace it.
6. 25% - 35% restocking fee will be applied according to the condition.
7. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain our low prices, our shipping expenses
are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first
shipment and return. Freight expenses will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
Step1:Send a return request email to mmmecommerceplus@gmail.com or contact us via the
“Contac US” on our store page within five 30 days of your order receipt. Include an explanation
and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without
prior approval from Customer Service.
Step 2: Once Customer Service has approved your request, you will be assigned an RMA number.
Please print the RMA number on standard letter size paper and make two(2) copies. Please
secure the paper on the outside of the box. Our warehouse will NOT accept a return item
without a RMA number.
Step 3: Please send the item back to us as soon as possible.
Step 4: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in three(3) to five (5) business
days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for it
to be credited to your account OR we will arrange an exchange according to conditions. Items
returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and can be shipped back to
you. Please note: credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise. Shipping
and handling fees will not be refunded.
Return due to shipping damages
1. Our product arrives 99% of the time in good condition however we still ask our customers to
inspect the product upon delivery.
2. If there are minor damages (cracked plastics/scuffed body panels) yet the unit is still usable
and rideable then accept the unit and visit our warranty claims department on this siteand file a
damage claim to have parts sent to you. You can get more details to this in our warranty policy .
3. If you decline a product that is in riding condition there will be a 25% re-stocking fee so please
use your best judgments.
4. If the frame is bent or the unit is in really bad shape and not safe to ride please contact our
customer service while the delivery driver is there. We will evaluate the situation and issue a
RMA number if applicable. Returns without RMA numbers will be refused by our warehouse.
5. If you have accepted your shipment and believe the unit is damaged beyond repair, photos of
the damages will need to be sent in for a claim to be filed with the carrier. Filing the claim will
enable the carrier to retrieve the unit for return back to our warehouse. If a claim is unable to be
filed, the return will be treated as a regular return and the Return Agreement will apply to your
refund.
Cancelling your order
Cancellations must be made by email ONLY. Unshipped orders may be cancelled within 24 hours
of original payment without cancellation charge. Unshipped orders cancelled after 24 hours are
subject to 10% cancellation fee.
Upon cancellation of shipped orders or refusal of delivery not due to damage, the buyer is
responsible for initial freight, return freight, and a 25% restocking fee to cover the time, labor,
and materials invested in preparing the shipment

*Warranty
·We warranty the products to be free of material defects in workmanship for the warranty period
from the date your product is delivered.
·Engine is covered to be free from manufacturer defect for one year.
· Parts are covered under warranty to be free from manufacturer defects for three months.
·Engines: All internal lubricated parts, i.e. pistons, piston rings, piston pins, connecting rods, rod
bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, oil
pump, water pump, valves, valve springs, valve guides, valve seats, valve lifters and valve push
rods are covered. The engine head and cylinder is covered only if damage is caused solely by the
mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components listed above. Broken gears due
to damage from outside impact are not covered under the warranty.
·Engine case: The Engine case is covered only if the damage is caused solely by the mechanical
failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components listed above.
·Drive system: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case, i.e.
differential, differential gears, drive shaft, drive axles, CV joints, axle bearings, reverse gears and
output shafts are covered. The drive axle housing as well as the reverse gearbox housing is
covered only if damage is caused solely by the mechanical failure of one or more or the internal
lubricated components contained in the drive axle housing. Any bent, broken or damaged parts
in the drive system caused by outside impact, is not covered under this warranty.
·Fuel system: For carbureted vehicles, carburetor, vacuum fuel pump, intake manifold, fuel tank
and fuel petcock are covered under this warranty. For fuel injected vehicles, fuel injectors, fuel
pump, fuel rail and fuel pressure regulator are covered under this warranty.
·Electrical system: Stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator/rectifier, CDI, starter
relay/starter solenoid, starter motor, coil, distributor assembly and injector relay are covered
under this warranty.
·Cooling system: Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator
switch, cooling fan motors, water pump and water pump housing are covered under this
warranty.
·Brake system: Calipers, drum housings, drum brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors, and lines are
covered under this warranty.
·Chassis: Frame, swing arms, A arms, steering controls are covered under this warranty. Any bent,
broken, damaged parts due to outside impact are not covered under this warranty.
