USE: Fill the smoker box by hand or with the pellet insert to

a depth of 1/2-inch. Place smoker box under the grill grate,

directly between flame deflector bars. Grill and cook food as

usual. As pellets heat, smoke will be released, flavoring the

food with rich smoky flavor. Replace pellets as necessary

throughout the cooking process. Should flare ups occur,

lightly spray flames with a water bottle.

CARE: Wait for smoker box to cool completely before

removing used pellets. Dishwasher safe. Clean as you would

any stainless steel product and dry well after each use.
