The pairing code is 0000
Blue light indicator does not come on at all when plugged in.
Unplug the cable from the car and plug it back in. If the unit never powers on either your cable
may not be functioning properly. Alternatively if it is an older make model car that does not
provide a correct power source you will need an additional 30pin to 30pin adapter to inject
power. You can use the accessory sold by viseeousa.com or the cable jive dockstubz +
Car will not recognize, phone is paired but will not play music.
1) Make sure the cars stereo is switched to AUX or ipod depending on your car and model.
Check with our cars manual or manufacturer as it can sometimes require holding a pair
of buttons or a less intuitive button such as CDC in some Mercedes models.
2) You will also need to ensure that you have downloaded and saved to your phone at least
one song. It is very important even if you wish to play media from a streaming service or
another app that you have at least one song in your library for the system to initialize
communication properly with your vehicles ipod integration system.
3) Update your phone to the latest version OS. Delete and unpair the device from your
bluetooth devices and restart your phone after an update then reconnect again.
Cannot Pair with Phone.
Unplug from car and restart your phone. Turn off other bluetooth devices. Plug back into car.
When the blue light power and pairing indicator turns on tap to pair on your phone (Pairing
Code: 0000). In some vehicles the unit will lose power if not sufficiently connected and you will
need to unplug the device, plug it back in, and try again until successful. You should not need to
do this again after a correct initial setup.
Music Quality is not good or the music is skipping.

and pair again.
My device was working but stopped connecting with my phone.
1) Disconnect from car
2) Unpair or forget the device from your bluetooth devices
3) Turn Off bluetooth on your phone
4) Restart the phone
5) Go to bluetooth settings and make sure bluetooth is off
6) Plug into the car
7) Turn on Bluetooth
8) Pair and connect to bluetooth device using code 0000
