1. Pluginpopcornmakerintosuitableelectricsocket.
2. Removethelidfromthetopoftheunit.
3. Measureoneortwolevelcupsusingtheincludedpopcornmeasuringcup.Eachcupwillyield
12-13cupsofpoppedpopcorn.
4. Replacethelidontotheunit.
5. SwitchtheKeep-Warmswitchtothe“I”positiontoactivatethewarmer.
6. Switchthepoppingswitchto“I”positionforthehotairpoppermotor.

7. Whenthecornhasstoppedpoppingreturnthepopperswitchtotheposition“0”
8. Whenyouhavenishedconsumingthepopcornandwillnotpopfurthercorn,switchthe
Keep-Warmswitchtothe“0”position.



Beforeusingthepopcornmakerforthersttime,it’sadvisabletowashtheunitandall
accessorieswithwarm,soapywater.Whennished,rinseanddryeachpartandwipethe
appliancedownwithasoft,drycloth.Donotimmersethebaseinwateroranyotherliquid.For
detailedcleaninginstructions,see‘Cleaning’sectionlaterinthismanual.

1. Carefullyunpacktheunitandremoveallpackagingmaterialsbeforeinitialuse.
2. Unwrapthepowercordatthebackoftheunit.
3. Checkthattheratedvoltageisthesameasstatedonthelabelonthebackoftheunit.
Connecttheappliancetoasuitableelectricsocket.


• Sometypesofpopcornmaynormallyhaveupto20%ofun-poppedcornduringacycle*.
• Donotusethepopcornmeasuringcuptomeltbutterormargarine.
• 


• Wesuggestarestperiodof15minutesbeforeaddinganothercupofkernelstobepopped
again.
• Fresh corn kernels give the best results!!
• Regularcornyieldsbetterresultsthanorganic.
• Oncethepackofcornkernelsisopened,wesuggestitisusedcompletely,oritshouldbe
storedinanairtightcontainerinthefridge.
• ForbestresultsuseFreshNaturalPoppingKernels.
• GourmetPopcornorStalePopcornarenotrecommended.
• StalePopcornkernelshavelostmoistureandarelighterinweightthanfreshpoppingkernels.
• GourmetPopcorncanbelighterinweightaswell,orthekernelsaresometimestreatedwith
oilthatdoesnotperformwellwithahotairpopper.
• Usingeitherofthesekernelscanresultinkernelsleavingthepoppingchamberbeforethey
havepopped,oranexcessiveamountofun-poppedkernelsleftover.
• TohelpkeepyournaturalPoppingKernelsfresh,storetheminanairtightcontainerbetween
uses.

Thisapplianceisdesignedwithakeepwarmfeature.Thiswillalsoensureyourpopcornisat
optimaltemperatureforyourconsumingpleasure!Wedohoweversuggestthatthekeepwarm
functionisusedunderthefollowingconditions:
•Useonlyunderadultsupervision
•Donotuse‘keepwarm’longerthan3hours.


• Beforecleaningtheappliance,itisessentialtoturnofftheswitchesandthenpulltheplugout
ofthesocket.
• Neverimmersetheapplianceinwater!
• Donotattempttoaccessanyinternalpartsoftheappliance.
• Tocleantheoutersurface,simplywipethisunitwithadampcloth.Donotuseanyscouring
padsorabrasivecleanersasthesewillresultinscratchestotheunit.
• Wipetheinterioroftheunitwithadrycloth.Donotallowanywaterintothepoppingchamber,
asthiswilldamagetheunit.
• Allremovablepartsonthepopcornmakershouldbedetachedandcleanedinwarmsoapy
wateratregularintervals.

• Whentheapplianceisnotinuse,removetheplugfromthewallsocketandstorethe
applianceinadryplaceoutofreachofchildren.
