PREPARATION FOR USE
Unpacking and Setup
* Carefully remove the unit from the giftbox and remove all packing material from the unit itself.
* Remove any descriptive labels that may be found on either the front or top cabinet of the unit. Do not
remove any labels located on either the back or bottom cabinet of the unit.
Power Sources
Using AC Power
Connect the AC power into Standard household wall outlet. For dual voltage version.
Make sure that the AC VOLTAGE SELECTOR is switched to your local voltage.

3. Press the + 10/ FOL or - 10/ FOL- button on
the remote to the select tracks or folder.
-You can use to select a particular
track.
-The LCD display the current song folder after
5 seconds, The display will not show the folder
if there are no folders.

-you select the other mode of AUX or RADIO.
Note:
-The display will only show “MP3" when the Fomat
of the file is MP3.
-The display will only show USB when audio files are
being played from the USB.
Radio reception
1. Slide the FUNCTION selector to "RADIO.
2. Slide the BAND selector to a desired setting -FM STEREO, FM, AM.
3. Rotate the TUNING control to find the desired stations.
NOTE: If the BAND selector is set to the FM stereo station,the FM stereo LED
indicator will light.
Remote control
1. Open the battery cover to remove it.
2. Insert two (AAA) battery ( included) correctly so that the + and - polarities match the polarity
diagrams inside the battery compartment.
Install battery
Note:
* The batteries can last approximately half a year for normal operation.
* When the batteries are exhausted, the remote control will no longer operate the system.
Replace both batteries with new ones.
* When the remote control is not to be use for a long time, remove the batteries to avoid
damage caused by battery leakage and corrosion.
* Avoid keeping the remote control in extremely hot or humid locations.
* Make sure there are no obstacles between the remote control and the sensor of the unit.
The maximum angle permitted is within 30°.
* The remote control operating distancd is about 0.2 meters to 6 meters away from the remote
sensor.
- For a better AM reception , the unit incorporates a built-in antenna which means the visible
antenna is of no use.Direct the whole unit to obtain the best possible signal.
During
playback
you
can
use

· If you have selected a track number in the stop or
pause position, press play/pause to start playback.
· Press once briefly for the next track
Press repeatedly until the desired track number appears
on the display.
· Press
once briefly to return to the beginning of a
current track.
· Press
more than once for a previous track.
2.Connect the power cord to the AC MAINS inlet and the wall outlet. Press the power button
to switch on the unit .
The power supply is now connected and ready for use.
Adjust the source selector to MP3/CD
Press on the set to start playback
To pause playback press .
To resume,
press again.
To stop CD playback,press STOP
-you open the CD comprtment;
Note: CD/MP3 play will also stop when:
Selecting a different track
When you recognize the passage you want
release or
Normal playback resumes.
Using AC Power
1.Check if the power voltage, as shown on the type plate located on the bottom of the set,
corresponds to your local AC power supply. If it does not, consult your dealer or service
centre.
3.To switch off completely, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to protec your set during heavy thunderstorms.
- For a better FM reception, pull out the unrolling wire antenna
Reduce its length if the signal is too strong (very close to a transmitter).
1.To select your sound source adjust the source selector to MP3/AUX/RADIO
2.Adjust the volume control before playing back and make sure it is low.
When the unit is not in use, make sure the switch power is set to OFF and avoid unneccessary
energy consumption.

3.Press button to select your favorite track No. The LCD display will appear
as follow, Press “ PROGRAM” again to confirm your selection.
Note: - CD MP3 can support a maximum of 99 tracks for program.
-When playing an MP3 file through a USB, the display will show USB.
SUPER BASS FUNCTION:
BASS-The SY-8035 includes a “BASS” function which enhances the lower frequencies.
1. Press the "BASS" button to activate and enjoy the stunning Bass Boost sound.
Press once more to deactivate the function.

-Press and hold the [PLAY] key more than 1.5sec at CD mode ,The unit will change USB mode.
The display will show “USB. Your unit is now ready to play MP3 files from your USB. Press the “PLAY
button to start listening to the first track
-To switch between the CD/USB/SD functions, simply press the “STOP” button during 1.5sec.
The unit will switch from one function to the other
When the display shows “- - -, it means the unit is ready to play the content on the device connected.
Press the “PLAY” button to start the playback.
- If the unit fails to read the connected device, the display will show “NO. This means that your device
is not compatible with the SY-8035. Change to another device and test again.
Note:
-When inserting a USB/SD device and if no CD is inserted inside the unit, the SY-8035 will
automatically read the USB/SD.
-Due to many formats of USB and SD cards, Sytech cannot guarantee all devices can be read.
HDD and MP3 players may not be supported.
-When the unit fails to read a connected device or no device is connected, the unit will automatically
turn to Stop mode.
AUTO POWER OFF ALARM
When the unit is not being used for over 10 minutes in CD or USB mode. It will automatically turn to
Power Off Alarm.
At this time the unit will alert you to switch it off by every 10 seconds with a “Beep” sound and will repeat
every 10 minutes in order to save energy.

Precaution & General Maintenance
Place the set on a hard and flat surface so that
the system does not tilt.
Do not expose the set, batteries or CDs to
humidity, rain, sand or excessive heat caused
by heating equipment or direct sunlight.
Do not cover the set. Adequate ventilation with
a minimum gap of 6 inches between the
ventilation holes and surrounding surfaces is
necessary to prevent heat build-up.
The mechanical parts of the set contain self-
lubricating bearings and must not be oiled or
lubricated.
To clean the set,use a soft dry cloth.Do not
use any cleaning agents containing alcohol,
ammonia, benzene or abrasives as these may
harm the housing.
The lens of the CD player should never be touched!
Sudden changes in the surrounding temperature can cause condensation to form and the
lensof your CD player to cloud over.Playing a CD is then not possible.Do not attempt to
clean the lens but leave the set in a warm environment until the moisture evaporates.
Always close the CD door to keep the CD compartment dust-frdd. To clean, dust the
compartment with a soft dry cloth.
To clean the CD, wipe in a straight line from the centre towards the edge using a soft,
lint-free cloth. Do not use cleaning agents as they may damage the disc.
Never write on a CD or attach any stickers to it.
It is necessary to clean your CD lens after some use. Use a CD lens cleaning set (not included)
This will help the unit to recognize the Audio CD, MP3 CD's.
Note: Sytech will not be responsible for a poor maintenance of the Optical lens.
Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs, first check the points listed below before taking the set for repair.
Do not open the set as there is a risk of electric shock.
If you are unable to remedy a problem by following these hints, consult your dealer or
