Safety Attentions
The following safety attentions tell the user how to operate the machine correctly and safely.
Note: Follow all warnings and safety notes to
prevent injury to the user and damage
to the unit.
This is mark of dangerous operation.

Warn Danger
1. Power supply is 4PCS AA
batteries. The batteries
must be placed into the
battery box according to
the marking direction.
2. Please take the batteries
out when the unit is not
going to be used for a long-
term. If not, serious leakage
may damage the battery
box.

After use
1. After use, allow the unit to cool down completely and put the unit in a safe place out of reach of children. Allow the
charcoal to burn out by itself. To avoid a fire, soak the charcoal embers into water and make sure the fire is totally
put out before throwing away. Do not throw the charcoal embers into a flammable container.
2. After use, do not put out the charcoal out by water immediately. Sparks or steam may be produced. Cover the
charcoal bowl with a piece of wet tissue. Then put the charcoal out by sprinkling some water on the wet tissue.
Burning time of charcoal is 5 - 6 hours. Ensure the charcoal has totally burnt out before throwing the embers away.

1. To avoid fire, read the instruction manual
before use.
2. Do not disassemble, repair or reconstruct the
unit. Abnormal operation may cause fire.
3. If there is no food on the s/s BBQ plate or
Aluminium BBQ tray, do not run the machine for
a long time. High temperature may make the
coating of an Aluminium BBQ tray discolour.
4. To recycle, used batteries should be separated
from normal rubbish. Used batteries should be
disposed by nearby recycling centre.
5.Do not soak the unit into water for cleaning.
Otherwise the unit would short-circuit.
6. Do not operate the unit on material such as a
plastic table, glass or paper pad. This could
damage the unit or cause a fire.
7. Do not operate the unit in a closed space for
long time. The user could feel suffocated from a
lack of oxygen.
8. Do not use the unit near other heating
appliances, otherwise the unit may break
down.
9. Do not scratch the Aluminium BBQ tray surface
with sharp objects such as a metal spoon.
Otherwise the coating of Aluminium BBQ tray
would get damaged and its life would be
shortened.
10. Do not use the unit in warm and moist
places such as a sauna room or bathhouse.
11. When washing the detachable parts, please
clean them with wet cloth and wipe them with
dry cloth.
12. Please dispose the waste from the unit
according to the correct disposal procedure. If
not, environment pollution may be caused.
13. Refrain water and rain from permeating into the
unit.
14.Please keep the unit far away from
anything flammable like sparks, flames or a
fire source.
15. When grilling, it is forbidden to pour water on
the s/s BBQ plate or Aluminium BBQ tray. The
s/s BBQ plate or Aluminium BBQ tray may deform
when cool water meets high temperature.
16. After use, take the charcoal bowl out of the unit
with the tool. Cover the charcoal bowl with a piece of
wet tissue, then put the charcoal out by sprinkling
some water on the wet tissue to ensure there are
no sparks formed.

Battery Usage

Install the batteries according to the marking direction. If
installed in incorrect direction, it may cause battery heating,
crackling or leakage. As a result, the user may get injured
or get burnt.
The batteries should be taken out from the battery box if
the machine is not used for a long time. Otherwise the
battery box may be damaged due to battery leakage.
Do not touch any leaked battery acid with hands directly.
Battery leakage may cause not only machine corrosion and
environment pollution, but also blindness and dermatitis.

Battery Usage
Do not throw the batteries into a fire or expose to high
temperatures.
The user may get injured or get burnt as a result of
batteries bursting.
Used batteries should be separated from normal rubbish
when recycling.
Used batteries should be disposed of at a recycling centre.
Do not use unmatched batteries.
It is forbidden to use new batteries and used batteries
together. Different types of batteries also cannot be used
together. The user may be injured as a result of battery
crackling or leakage.
Points for Attention when using the Lid
1. Do not use the lid when no food on the griddle.
2. When grilling, it is dangerous to use the lid for a long
time. When using the lid, it is better to use s/s BBQ rack. If
using the Aluminium BBQ tray, the non-stick coating may
be damaged by the excessively high temperature. It is
suggested that the food is flipped every 2-3 mins. Covering
with the lid for a long time would cause an excessively high
temperature, resulting in burnt food.
3. The material of lid is Stainless Steel. S/S discolours when
it is fired by high temperatures. As a result, the lid would
discolour after use. It is a normal occurrence and not a
manufacturing defect.
Scalding
1. When in use, do not overturn the machine when
moving it. It may cause fire.
2. Make sure the machine is ventilated.
3. After use, do not touch the oil-receiving tray and
S/S BBQ rack/plate with your hands. It is easy to be
scalded. Wait for them to cool down.
4. Keep the machine in use out of reach of children.
5. Do not touch the charcoal with your hands.

Product Features
It is easy and fast to ignite the charcoal.
Firstly put appropriate fire lighter/starter into the charcoal bowl
base, secondly ignite the fire lighter/starter with an ignitor, thirdly
put the charcoal bowl with charcoal on the charcoal bowl base.
Charcoal can be lighted within 3 minutes.
With multifunction, the machine can
meet different cooking needs.
By changing accessories, the machine can realize different
function. With s/s BBQ rack (not included) or an Aluminium
BBQ tray (not included), it can grill and fry food. Take the s/s
BBQ plate off the s/s BBQ rack and place a pot (not
included), to cook food and boil water.
The firepower can be adjusted by the
switch.
The firepower can be freely adjusted during the process of
grilling.
Heating energy.
With an original patented revolving fire structure, the heating
energy is gathered to a maximum. As a result, food can be
cooked within a short time.
It reduces the production of smoke to
minimum.
The structural design ensures no oil enters into the charcoal,
with all the grease received by the oil-receiving tray. No
smoke and bad smell are produced.
Harmful substances inhibited in use.
The oil drainage structure design prevents the oil from dripping
into the charcoal, it does not produce harmful substances, it can
be long--term used for cooking safely.

Usage Method
1. Install batteries
Draw out the battery box and install the batteries
according to marking direction.
4. Add thefire lighter/starter.

2. Turn on the power switch
Turn on the switch and confirm the power indicator
lights up. Then turn the switch clockwise to “MAX”.
Note: When the temperature is too high, turn
the knob switch counter clockwise to lower the
temperature.

3. Put charcoal into charcoal bowl.
Put appropriate charcoal into the charcoal bowl. Do
not to exceed the “MAX” mark line on the charcoal
bowl. Too much charcoal may burn the food and
damage the coating of the unit.
b).Add solid alcohol blocks
Put solid alcohol blocks on the concave center of
charcoal bowl base, four small pieces ( 5g/pcs) or
one big piece ( 20g/pcs), each time use 15-20g
solid alcohol blocks.
Points for attention:
No need to add alcohol paste and solid alcohol blocks
together. just choose one of them. If you cannot
accurately measure the usage amount of alcohol
paste or solid alcohol blocks, please refer to the
“MAX” mark line. The alcohol paste or solid alcohol
blocks added should not exceed the “ MAX” mark
line.

6.Place charcoal bowl with charcoal into the
charcoal bowl base.
Place the charcoal bowl on the charcoal bowl base
by using matched tool. It takes about 3 minutes to
ignite the charcoal. In the beginning, the smoke
may cause eyes feel uncomfortable. Put the
machine in well ventilated place for 3 minutes until
the smell and smoke disappear.
7.Place s/s BBQ rack and s/s BBQ plate on the
oil-receiving tray.
Place s/s BBQ rack and s/s BBQ plate on the oil-
receiving tray.Begin to cook food until temperature
rises.
5.Ignite the alcohol paste or solid alcohol
blocks.
Ignite the alcohol paste or solid alcohol blocks in
the charcoal bowl base by ignitor.
Before ignition, do not cover the charcoal bowl base
with charcoal bowl.

Notice:
Please use the end with hook in right way as the above picture shows.
If used incorrectly, the charcoal bowl or charcoal bowl base would fall off.
If the charcoal has been stored in a moist environment for a long time, it may splash after ignited. Avoid
using charcoal which is moist.
Discolouration can occur when the unit is fired by a high temperature. As a result, parts which are in direct
contact with fire, eg: charcoal bowl, charcoal bowl base, oil-receiving tray, BBQ rack and BBQ plate, may
discolour after use. It is a normal phenomenon and not a manufacturing defect.
Ensure any fire, flame or ignition is extinguished fully and the unit has cooled down before packing away.
As a flame may not be obvious, special attention should be paid. It is forbidden to place the machine near a
fire source.
Ignite the fire lighter/starter after the charcoal bowl base is placed into the machine body.
If it fails to ignite, ignite the fire lighter/starter in right way again.
Do not incline or overturn the machine in use.
It is forbidden to add fire lighter/starter in the process of grilling.

Cleaning Methods
After use
Turn off the switch, and then take the s/s BBQ plate, s/s
BBQ rack and oil-receiving tray out from the machine
body.
When using thinners, harsh cleaning agents and/or a
rough cloth such as a sourer, you may damage the
s/s BBQ plate, s/s BBQ rack and oil-receiving tray.
After use, the temperature of s/s BBQ rack, s/s BBQ
plate and oil-receiving tray is very high. Allow then to
cool down, then clean.
Clean the s/s BBQ plate, s/s BBQ rack and oil-
receiving tray with neutral detergent, then wipe and
dry them with soft cloth or sponge.
It is forbidden to soak the whole machine into water.
Please clean with wet cloth and wipe with dry cloth.
After use, the remaining fire may last for 5-6 hours.
When the charcoal burns out completely, put out the fire
totally with water, throw away the embers, then clean the
machine.
Store Methods
1. Clean the oil-receiving tray, s/s BBQ rack and s/s
BBQ plate with wet cloth, then wipe with dry
cloth. Clean the machine body with soft cloth.
2. After drying, store it in clean/dry environment
without moisture.
