SETUP AND ASSEMBLY
1. Open the case and remove the poles and light.
2. Close the case and position it in an upright position.
3. Affix the LED lamp head on the mounting pole with the provided bolt on the end of the pole.
4. Insert the telescoping rod into the circular hole. Rotate the pole until the light is in the desired
position.
5. Open the waterproof electrical outlet on the side of the case. Insert the coil cord plug in to the
receptacle on the black box and tighten the lock ring.
6. Unlock the buckle latches to elevate the light to the desired position.
Lighting Mode
The LED lamp provides a LOW/MED/HIGH light output. To switch between each mode, simply press the
button one time.
This unit incorporates a power indicator light. When fully charged the indicator light will be fully lit. As
power decreases, the indicator light will lose intensity.
CHARGING
1. The universal charging socket is orange. To charge the unit, insert the power cord and tighten
the lock ring.
2. Connect the cord to the power supply.
3. RED indicates the unit is charging. GREEN indicates that the unit is fully charged.
4. The charger incorporates a short circuit and open circuit protector, to ensure no damage is
done to the unit.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
1. If only one battery indicator light is illuminated during use, the unit should be connected to a
charger. When the last indicator light starts to flash, discontinue use immediately and connect
to the charger. Fully depleting the battery may cause issues with the extended battery life.
2. Recommended working temperature is -15°C – 40°C.
3. The battery should be fully charged before storing. It is recommended to be stored at -15°C -
40°C. For long term storing, it is suggested that the unit be taken out every 3 months. Discharge
the battery and recharge, then store again. This will help prolong the battery life.
4. It is recommended to store the unit in an upright position.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Overvoltage Protection: After connecting the LED lamp and the battery power, the unit will emit an
alarm sound and the LED light will blink once. This is normal and just means that the Overvoltage
Protection system is working. Simply press the button to resolve the issue.
If the button does not illuminate when depressed, please check the following:
a) Make sure that the battery has power.
b) Make sure that the cord is connected properly.
c) Unscrew the plug and plug back in to check for proper connection.
BATTERY DISPOSAL
Please contact Larson Electronics for battery replacement. The battery should be disposed of properly
and should be recycled at the designated recycling center.
To remove the battery:
a) Remove the sponge from the case and unscrew the screws from the battery protector. The
battery can then be removed.
