USE
WARNING!
Risk of injury or burns.
• Remove all the packaging.
• Do not use a damaged wok.
• Use the wok only on an induction hob.
• Use this appliance in a household envi-
ronment.
• Do not change the specification of the
wok.
• Do not use the wok as a work surface or
as a storage surface.
• The wok and its handles can become
hot when in operation. Always use
gloves to move the wok.
• Turn the wok handle inwards, away from
the edge of the appliance.
WARNING!
Risk of fire or explosion.
• Do not use the accessory on a gas ring.
Gas can escape.
• Fats and oil when heated can release
flammable vapours. Keep flames or
heated objects away from fats and oils
when you cook with them.
• The vapours that very hot oil releases
can cause spontaneous combustion.
• Used oil, that can contain food rem-
nants, can cause fire at a lower tempera-
ture than oil used for the first time.
• Do not try to extinguish a fire with water.
Disconnect the appliance and cover the
flame with a lid or a fire blanket.
WARNING!
Risk of damage to the accessory.
• Do not use the wok on a radiant hob.
• Do not let the wok boil dry.
• Do not use sharp cutlery or scrapers
made of sharp or hard materials (Stain-
less steel, Aluminium, Ceramic) to turn or
remove the cooked item. We recom-
mend wooden cooking utensils.
WARNING!
Risk of damage to the appliance.
• Do not drop the wok on the stand.
• Always lift the wok up when you have to
move it on the cooking surface. The bot-
tom of the wok can cause scratches on
the glass ceramic.
CARE AND CLEANING
WARNING!
Risk of damage to the accessory.
• Do not clean the accessory in the Dish-
washer. It can damage the non-stick
coating.
• Do not use water spray and steam to
clean the accessory.
• Clean the accessory with a moist soft
cloth. Only use neutral detergents. Do
not use abrasive products, abrasive
cleaning pads, solvents or metal objects.

This unique wok set is for use with induc-
tion appliances only.
It gives you all the advantages of traditional
round bottom Wok cooking, but with the
speed and control of induction.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Clean the cookware with warm water and a
cleaning agent before first use.
