1. Be famlar wth the equpment and operaton.
2. Dscornect power supply.
3. Before carryng out ths process, you have to make sure:
•
lf necessary. mechancal equpment operaton should facltate
the operaton of the refrgerant tank.
•
All personal protectve equpment s effectve and can be used
correctly.
•
The whole recovery process should be carred out under the
gudance of qualfed personnel.
•
The recoverng of equpment and storage tank should comply
wth the relevant natonal standards.
4. If possble. the refrgeratng system should be vacuumzed.
5. If the vacuum state can’t be reached, you should extract the
refrgerant n each part of the system from many places.

6. Before the start of the recovery, you should ensure that the
capacty of the storage tank s suffcent.
7. Start and operate the recovery equpment accordng to the
manufacturer’s nstructons.
8. Don’t fll the tank to ts full capacty (the lqud njecton volume
does not exceed 80% of the tank volume).
9. Even the duraton s short, t must not exceed the maxmum
workng pressure of the tank.
10. After the completon of the tank fllng and the end of the
operaton process, you should make sure that the tanks and
equpment should be removed quckly and all closng valves n
the equpment are closed.
11. The recovered refrgerants are not allowed to be njected nto
another system before beng purfed and tested.
C
Note: The dentfcaton should be made after the
applance s scrapped and refrgerants are evacuated. The
dentfcaton should contan the date and endorsement.
Make sure the dentfcaton on the applance can reflect
the flammable refrgerants contaned n ths applance.
Recovery:
1. The clearance of refrgerants n the system s requred when
reparng or scrappng the applance. It s recommended to
completely remove the refrgerant.
2. Only a specal refrgerant tank can be used when loadng the
refrgerant nto the storage tank. Make sure the capacty of the

tank s approprate to the refrgerant njecton quantty n the
entre system. All tanks ntended to be used for the recovery
of refrgerants should have a refrgerant dentfcaton (.e.
refrgerant recovery tank). Storage tanks should be equpped wth
pressure relef valves and globe valves and they should be n a
good condton. If possble, empty tanks should be evacuated and
mantaned at room temperature before use.
3. The recovery equpment should be kept n a good workng
condton and equpped wth equpment operatng nstructons for
easy access. The equpment should be sutable for the recovery of
R290 refrgerants. Besdes, there should be a qualfed weghtng
apparatus whch can be normally used. The hose should be lnked
wth detachable connecton jont of zero leakage rate and be kept
n a good condton.
Before usng the recovery equpment, check f t s n a good
condton and f t gets perfect mantenance. Check f all electrcal
components are sealed to prevent the leakage of the refrgerant
and the fre caused by t. If you have any queston, please consult
the manufacturer.
4. The recovered refrgerant shall be loaded n the approprate
storage tanks, attached wth a transportng nstructon, and
returned to the refrgerant manufacturer. Don’t mx refrgerant n
recovery equpment, especally a storage tank.
5. The space loadng R290 refrgeraton can’t be enclosed n the
process of transportaton. Take ant electrostatc measures f
necessary n transportaton. In the process of transport, loadng

and unloadng, necessary protectve measures must be taken to
protect the ar condtoner to ensure that the ar condtoner s not
damaged.
6. When removng the compressor or clearng the compressor ol,
make sure the compressor s pumped to an approprate level
to ensure that there s no resdual R290 refrgerants n the
lubrcatng ol. The vacuum pumpng should be carred out before
the compressor s returned to the suppler. Ensure the safety
when dschargng ol from the system.
