Note: Make sure all the clips lock in place securely before using the unit, if you have any
defective parts please do not use, improper installation may result in damage or injury.
Rubber Mallet or Hammer, Phillips Screwdriver, Adjustable Wrench
1. Keep small children clear during assembly
2.Handle components with care due to sharp edges
1. Use a cloth or wooden block to protect the components when hammering.
2. Hammer gently to avoid component damage.
1. Wear gloves during assembly.
2. Two or three people should be present to assemble the unit.
3. Assemble the unit on a solid level surface, avoid carpet.
4. Heaviest items to be loaded on lower shelves.
5. Loads to be evenly distributed.
6. Fix unit to wall if desired(hardware not included).
1. Unpack the unit and lay parts out on oor.
2. Start by placing two Upright Vertical Posts (part A) on the oor opposite one another with the tabs
facing inwards. Next install the 3 Cross Supports (part D) using the Long Bolts.

Loading Capacity per shelf – 1000 lbs
Maximum Concentrated Load – 800 lbs
Total Loading Capacity – 3000 lbs

3. Install the diagonal cross beam (part C) on the outside of the tabs and tighten all 6 nuts and bolts.
The diagonal can be fastened cross-ways to either corners.
Note: Do not overtighten the bolts.
4. Repeat Steps 2-3 to complete the other Upright Frame Assembly.
5. Install the leveling feet. Thread the feet all the way in, these can be adjusted after the
assembly is complete in order to level the rack.

7. Now attach the remaining Horiztonal Cross beams (part B) to the Upright Frames at the desired
heights. (shown below at the middle and the top of the unit).
Note: Ensure that the beams are intstalled horizontal and into the correct holes, and ensure the
opposite beam is installed at the same level.
6. Pick up one Cross Beam (part B) and attach to the columns of Upright Frame Assemblies by
inserting the two clips on the bracket of Cross Beam into two keyholes near the bottom of the Upright
Vertical Posts. Insert the clips starting from the outside and then tap down with a rubber mallet to
seat the beam into the column in place.

Note: Make sure the 3/4” narrow ange
goes on top and don’t hammer too hard so
you will not damage or bend the beams.

9. Use Tie Bar (part E) to connect and support the Cross Beam (part B) with a Bolt and Nut
8. Install the Channel Bars (part F) into the slots on the Horizontal Cross Beams as see in the detail
below. Note: Make sure all the Channels are seated completely.
10. Drop the Wire Decks (part G) between the lower anges of two Cross Beams (part B) properly.
Make sure the bottom support rails of the wire decks go all the way into the slots of Cross Beams.

11. Insert the Locking pins into the holes on the cross beams, through the upright frame.
12. Periodically inspect the unit to ensure beams are seated properly and brackets are rmly
connected to the Columns

For 10 years from the date of purchase, when this product is installed, operated and maintained
according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, NewAge Products Inc. will re-
place the defective product or parts if the part fails as a result of defective materials or workmanship.
1. Service calls to correct the installation of any NewAge products or to instruct you how to use
or install them.
2. Damage resulting from improper handling or shipping of products, or products damaged
by accident, misuse,abuse, re, ood, improper installatin, acts of God, neglect, corrosion,
modication or mishandling.
3. Products damaged by improperly loading beyond the specied maximum weight capacity
outlined in the instructions provided with the product.
4. Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, single-family
household use, such as a commerical environment, or handled in anyway inconsistent with
the installation instructions included with the product.
5. Cosmetic damge, including scratches, dings, dents or cracks in paint that do not affect
the structual or functional capability of the product.
6. Surfaces damaged due to chemcal interaction resulting in corrosion of paint or metal.
7. Replacement parts for NewAge products outside Canada and the United States.
8. Replacement keys or locking mechanisms.
9. Loss of product contents due to theft, re, ood, accident or acts of God.
10. Shipping or freight fees to deliver replacement products or to return defective products.
11. Any labor costs during the limited warranty period.
