Congratulations on your purchase. You have se-
lected a quality product. The instructions for use
are a part of the product. They contain important
information about the safety, use and disposal of
the product. Before using the product, please
learn about all the safety information and usage
instructions. Only use the product as described
and for the specified applications. If you lend the
product to someone else, please also give all the
instructions.
Intended use
The product is only designed for massaging the
neck / back of people with warming function and
shiatsu style (shi = finger, astu = pressure in Japa-
nese). The product is only for indoor household
use. It is not intended for medical or commercial
purposes and is not a substitute for medical treat-
ment. Any other use is prohibited and may result
in injury or product damage. The manufacturer
accepts no liability for any damage caused by
improper use.

INSTRUCTIONS
Before use
Note: Remove all packaging material from the
product.
Always keep the cover 11 on the massage
pillow 1 before use. Per the Care and
Cleaning section, only the cover 11 may is
washable.
Place the massage pillow 1 on a high back
chair and use the hook-and-loop strap 12 to
secure it to the back of the high back chair.
Connect the connection plug 10 to the socket
4 at the back of the massage pillow 1
Plug the power adapter 9 into an outlet.
Sit on the chair and ensure the massage
pillow 1 is in the desired position.
Use
Switch on the massage pillow 1 by pressing
the power button 5 on the control handset 3
the blue light indicator switches on.
Press the outward rotation button 6 to start
rotation of massage heads 2. The blue light
indicator above the button switches on.
To reverse the direction of rotation, press the
inward rotation button 7. The other blue
light indicator will switch on instead.
NOTE: Never use the product for more than
15 minutes. A longer massage may lead to
tension caused by overstimulating the muscles.
Warming function
For a more complete massage experience,
activate the heat function by pressing the light
and heat functions button 8 while the mas-
sage heads 2 are rotating, and the red light
indicator will switch on.
Note: The heat function will only work when the
massage heads 2 are in operation.

Switching off the product
To switch off the product, press the power
button 5. All indicators will go off and the
massage heads 2 stop rotating. The product
automatically switches off after 15 minutes.
To completely switch off the product, discon-
nect the power adapter.
Cleaning and care
Failure to observe the
following warnings may result in death
or serious injuries.
DANGER TO LIFE BY ELEC-
TRIC SHOCK! Unplug the power
adapter 9 from the outlet and
disconnect the connection plug 10 from the
socket 4 before cleaning.
Never immerse the product or power
adapter 9 in water.
Make sure the massage pillow 1 is com-
pletely dry before connecting the power
adapter 9.
Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical
cleaning agents to clean the massage
pillow 1. These could damage the product.
Never allow any liquid to enter the massage
pillow 1.
Clean the product with a damp, lint-free cloth.
Use a little mild detergent on the cloth if
necessary.
The massage cover may be ma-
chine washed, separately. Remove
the cover 11 from the product be-
fore cleaning. Clean the cover 11 in accor-
dance with the cleaning symbols on the label.
It is machine-washable. Set the washing
machine to a delicate wash cycle at
86°F / 30 °C.
Note: Failure to observe the following
warnings may damage the massage pillow.
Do not bleach. Do not use any
cleaning agents containing bleach
(such as heavy duty detergents).
Do not tumble dry.
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Storage
Allow the massage pillow 1
completely cool down before storing it.
Do not place other objects on
top of the massage pillow 1.
If the product will not be used for an ex-
tended period, store the product in a clean
and dry location.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging through your local recy-
cling facilities and in compliance with all federal,
state and local regulations.

Three year limited warranty
What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers:
· Damage, breakage or inoperability due to
defect.
· Damage not caused by normal wear and tear or
failure to follow the safety and maintenance
instructions provided in the user manual.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
· Normal wear and tear of the product, including
fragile parts (such as switches, glass, etc.);
· Improper use or transport;
· Disregarding safety and maintenance instruc-
tions;
· Accidents or acts of nature (e.g. lightning, fire,
water, etc.);
· Tampering with the product (such as removing
cover, unscrewing screws etc.)
Consequential and incidental damages are also
not covered under this warranty. However, some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so this lim-
itation or exclusion may not apply to you.
What is the period of coverage and
warranty resolution?
The warranty is for 3 years from the date of pur-
chase. At our discretion, product will either be
refunded or replaced.
What will we not do?
