8.3. "USEL" is displayed in the LCD and the scale powers off.
A fault has occurred and the bathroom scale cannot measure the weight. In this case, step off
the surface (2) of the bathroom scale and step on it again. Weighing starts again.
8.4. "Err" is displayed in the LCD.
The weight exceeds the maximum weight of 180 kg / 396 lb / 28.3 stone. Step off the
surface (2) of the bathroom scale immediately to avoid damaging the bathroom scale.
9. Maintenance / cleaning
Maintenance work is necessary if the bathroom scale was damaged, for example, if the device
housing is damaged, liquids or objects have gotten inside the bathroom scale or if it was subjected
to rain or moisture. Maintenance work is also necessary if it is not operating correctly or has been
dropped. If you see smoke, hear unusual noises or smell odors, remove the batteries from the
bathroom scale immediately. In these cases, do not use the bathroom scale again before it has
been checked by an expert. Only let qualified technicians perform maintenance work. Never open
the housing of the bathroom scale. Clean it only with a clean, dry cloth; never use aggressive
liquids.
