Home Master® Mini Filter Change Instructions
Items Required: Replacement filter, paper towels,
dish soap, unscented bleach
1. Clean & dry countertop area.
2. Wash hands with soap and warm water, and dry.
3. Close water supply to Home Master
®
Mini.
4. Take care not to apply pressure to elbow fittings
at base, while loosening filter counter-clockwise;
then discard used filter cartridge.
5. Clean base with dilute unscented bleach, rinse
with water, and dry with paper towels.
6. Unwrap the replacement filter and remove the
yellow plug (if present) from its threaded end.
7. Fit new filter cartridge into the base and tighten
hand-tight.
8. Use diverter valve lever to switch between filtered
and unfiltered water.
9. Open cold water supply to Mini and flush with cold
water 5 minutes. Initial discharge may be
discolored.
NOTE: Do not filter hot water through your Home
Master® Mini.
10. Check for leaks.
