4.5 Information area (warning, alarms and utility)
In the cleaning and cooking environment (manual, programs and automatic) it’s active in the
bottom part of the screen an area where some information are visible:
COOKING UTILITY ON (icon);
WARNING (blinking icon);
ALARM (blinking icon).
Press the icon for:
To disable the relevant cooking utility;
To visualize a message dialog about
alarm/warning icon.

5 “Setting” environment
To programming the oven’s parameters, select in the main menu the “settings” environment.
for the description and values range for each parameter see the relevant “parameter list”
attached
There are 3 levels of programming:
1. Main user settings (language, date, clock,…);
2. USER parameters level for to programming the user utility;
3.
SERVICE parameters for to programming all the parameters and service utilities.

5.3 Level 3 (advanced): SERVICE parameters
At Level 3 all the parameters are visible and modifiable.
See relevant parameter list.
ICON DESCRIPTION
Press the icon for the manual drain of the boiler.
During this operation the icon blinking.
To set the default value for all the parameters keep pressing the
relevant icon till the BEEP sound. After this operation switch OFF and
back ON the oven.
To delete all the cooking programs saved in the “programs”
environmnet
It’s not possible to recover the data if delete. If necessary, save
before the programs in the USB key
