To carry out a more accurate analysis, we would need to know which

model of machine the customer used and receive the sample reported

as non-compliant. We suggest the consumer to always provide for

punctual maintenance of the extraction machine. If the capsules do not

open, the cause can be attributed to the malfunctioning of the extraction

machine. In this case we recommend taking the machine to a service

centre.
