1 Overview
1.1 Product Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the BiPAC 3010ND dual-band wireless-N 300Mbps USB
adapter.
The BiPAC 3010ND dual-band wireless-N 300Mbps USB adapter is an industrial
wireless 802.11a/b/g/n dual-band USB adapter which enables networking systems
to attain data transmission speeds up to 150Mbps for 20MHz and 300Mbps for
40MHz.The chipset combined together is broadcom’s highest performance wireless
LAN solution to date. The BiPAC 3010ND dual-band wireless-N 300Mbps USB
adapter implements half-duplex OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex),
CCK (Complementary Code Keying) and DSSS base-band processing, which is
compliant with IEEE802.11n.
As new bandwidth intensive applications and growth of Gigabit Ethernet, higher
wireless LAN throughput is needed. The BiPAC 3010ND dual-band wireless-N
300Mbps USB adapter adopts MIMO technology and 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11n WLAN
solution. It dramatically increases the overall throughput of the wireless LAN by
supporting link rates as high as 300 Mbps - an improvement of nearly six times as
the throughput of standard 802.11g. Besides, The BiPAC 3010ND dual-band
wireless-N 300Mbps USB adapter is also interoperable with standard 802.11a,
