Mounting the Antenna
The best location in a steel vehicle is typically inside the front
windshield. Keep the unit away from metal for the best performance,
with the adhesive surface adhered to glass.
WARRANTY
The ANT-1000 electronic antenna is warranted from manufacturer
defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Damage to the unit
as a result of improper operation or installation is not covered.
Liability is limited to the replacement of the defective unit.
For warranty claims, contact Dakota Digital for an RMA number.
Connecting the Antenna
The antenna is plugged into the antenna jack on any standard radio.
If a non-standard size is required, an adaptor may be required.
The red wire should be connected to a +12VDC Accessory wire.
The black wire should be connected to the radio ground.
