segmentsareset,yourownprogram,underINTV.2,willberecorded.

2.Youwillbepromptedto"PRESSTOSETTIME/HEIGHT",youcaneitherset
TIMEorHEIGHT(butnotboth),usethebuttonstosetyourdesiredTIMEor
HEIGHT,thenpressENTER.Ifyoudon'tpressENTER,thedisplaywillpromptyouto
"PRESSENTER."
3.Theprogramprofilewillbedisplayedinthemainwindow,andtheprogramwillbegin
whenyoustartstepping.Ifyoudonotbeginsteppingimmediately,youwillbe
promptedto"STEPTOSTART".
4.Duringtheseprograms,theunitwillautomaticallyswitchbetweenlevels,lettingyou
enjoyavariedworkout.
5.WhenyourdesiredTIMEorHEIGHTisreached,abeepwillsoundfor1.5seconds,
andafterthatthemachinewillbegintocountup.
