Notice: For G-70 Version 1.05 Users

Please read the following before updating your G-70.

If your G-70 currently uses software version 1.05, you will be asked to calibrate several settings after installing OS2.

* Please DO NOT turn off the power until you complete this calibration setting.

* Make sure that you correctly complete this setting, before moving to the next step.

The G-70’s display shows the following message:

Move the BENDER/MODULATION lever left or right once, then let it return to the central position,

press the ASSIGN SW 1 button.

The display shows the following message:

Move the BENDER/MODULATION lever to the far left and hold, press the ASSIGN SW 1 button.

The display shows the following message:

Move the BENDER/MODULATION lever to the far right and hold, press the ASSIGN SW 1 button.

The display shows the following message:

Release the BENDER/MODULATION lever so that it returns to the central position, press the ASSIGN SW 1 button.

The display shows the following message:

Push the BENDER/MODULATION lever all the way towards the back of the G-70 and hold,

press the ASSIGN SW 1 button.

The G-70 exits the calibration routine and returns to the main menu.

Power Off and Power On again, and you can move on to the next updating procedure.

** BENDER CALIBRATION **

Calibrating the CENTER POSITION:

Release the Pitch Bend lever, Press ASSIGN SW 1

** BENDER CALIBRATION **

Calibrating the HARD LEFT POSITION:

Move Pitch Bend lever to the left and press ASSIGN SW 1

** BENDER CALIBRATION **

Calibrating the HARD RIGHT POSITION:

Move Pitch Bend lever to the right and press ASSIGN SW 1

** MODUL CALIBRATION **

Release the Modulation lever

Press the ASSIGN SW 1

** MODUL CALIBRATION **

Press the Modulation lever to the back of the G-70

and press ASSIGN SW 1
