1.5 Plug Wrng
The moulded plug on ths applance ncorporates a
13 A fuse. Should the fuse need to be replaced an
ASTA approved BS1362 fuse of the same ratng
must be used. Do not forget to reft the fuse cover.
In the event of losng the fuse cover, the plug must
not to be used untl a replacement fuse cover has
been ftted. Colour of the replacement fuse cover
must be the same colour as that vsble on the pn
face of the plug Fuse covers are avalabe from any
good electrcal store.
Fiting a different plug
As the colours of the wres n the mans lead
of ths applance may not correspond wth the
coloured markngs dentfyng the termnals on
your plug, proceed as follows:
Brown cable = L (Lve)
Blue cable = N (Neutral)
Green/yellow cable must be connected to
ground (E) lne
Wth the alternatve plugs a 13 A fuse must be
ftted ether n the plug or adaptore or n the
man fuse box. If n doubt contact a qualfed
electrcan.

3 Usage
3.1 Intended use
The applance was desgned for household use
and s not sutable for ndustral use.
3.2 Attachng/removng the
hose
1. To attach the hose (17) push the hose cap n
the drecton of arrow untl t s algned wth the
housng.
The tabs on the hose cap (7) must be seated
correctly.
2. To remove the hose (17), press on the tabs on
the hose cap (7) and pull t.
3.3 Attachng/removng the
telescopc tube
1. Attach the telescopc tube (14) to the handle
(16).
2. Pull the telescopc tube (14) from the handle
(16) to remove t.
3. You can extend or shorten the telescopc tube
(14) by sldng the telescopc tube adjustment
latch back and forth.
3.4 Attachng/removng the
parquet/carpet brush
1. Attach the telescopc tube (14) to the parquet/
carpet brush (9).
2. Pull the telescopc tube (14) from the parquet/
carpet brush (9) to remove t.
3.5 Adjustng the parquet/
carpet brush
Perform the followng actons on the adjustment
latch located on the parquet/carpet brush (9);
Use “ ” poston for hard floors and parquet.
Use “ ” poston for rugs and carpets.
3.6 Operaton
1. Plug n the applance after pullng the power
plug located at the back of the applance.

WARNING:
Stop pullng the
applance cable when t comes to
the yellow mark located on t. After
the yellow mark the red mark comes.
Do not pull any more after reachng
the red mark.

2. Press the on/off button (1) to swtch on your
applance.
3.6.1 Adjustng the sucton
power
You can adjust the sucton power wth the sucton
power adjustment control (15) on the handle (16).
The more you open the control, the more the
sucton power wll be decreased.

armchars etc.
Dust brush
Sutable for cleanng curtans, and
senstve and fragle objects.

Do not perform
cleanng by usng the end part of the
handle (16).
3.8 Hard floor brush
The hard floor brush (18) was developed for
use on hard floors such as tle, ceramc, parquet,
wooden floors etc.
It prevents potental scratches whle cleanng
hard floors thanks to ts specally-developed soft
har.
3.9 Warnngs regardng the
energy label
Ths s a general-purpose vacuum cleaner. In
order to reach the hghest energy effcency
and cleanng performance class specfed n
carpet and parquet cleanng, please use the
hgh-performance parquet/carpet brush (9).
The specfed values regardng the energy label
were determned accordng to the predefned
measurement methods (n lne wth EN60312-1).
3.10 Swtchng off the
vacuum cleaner and parkng
feature
1. After usng the applance, swtch t off by
pressng the On/off button (1) and unplug t.
2. Insert the hook of the parquet/carpet brush
(9) nto the parkng groove located at the rear
secton of the applance.

Swtch off and unplug the applance before
cleanng t.

WARNING:
Never use gasolne,
solvent, abrasve cleanng agents,
metal objects or hard brushes to
clean the applance.
4.1 Dust ndcator
If the dust contaner s full or the hose or the tube
s blocked by a large tem such as a sock and thus
the sucton s prevented, the dust ndcator next
to the on/off button lghts red.

WARNING:
If the dust contaner
s empty, ths means that a large
tem (such as a sock) s stuck n the
hose or the tube and thus the ar
flow s blocked. In such cases, swtch
off the applance and check the
components.
4.2 Emptyng the dust
contaner
1. Press the dust contaner removal button (2) to
remove the dust contaner (5) and remove the
dust contaner.
2. Push the dust contaner removal latches
located at the back of the dust contaner (5)
from both sdes.
Open the dust contaner (5) cover and empty
the contaner.
3. When you have empted dust, close the dust
contaner cover (5); a clck sound wll be heard.
4. Insert the dust contaner (5) back nto ts
locaton.
4.3 Cleanng the cyclone
separator
1. Press the dust contaner removal button (2) and
remove the dust contaner.
2. Press the top edge of the openng button for
the motor protecton flter (MIF) housng (8)
and open the cover.
3. Remove the motor protecton flter (MIF)
located nsde.
4. After removng the motor protecton flter,
you wll see the metal handle on the cyclone
separator. Holdng ths handle, remove the
cyclone separator from the dust contaner (5).
5. Clean the cyclone separator and the dust
contaner (5) compartment wth a soft brush
and wpe them wth a damp cloth.

WARNING:
Cyclone separator
should not be mmersed n water.

4.4 Cleanng the flters
Replace your flters at regular ntervals accordng
to the frequency of use. It s recommended that
you replace the flters every 6 months for average
use.

Whle you empty the dust accumulated n the
dust contaner to clean the contaner, you need to
clean the motor protecton flter, the foam flter
and HEPA flter as well.

Do not use applances
producng hot ar such as har dryer
or heater to dry the flters.

Do not nstall the
flters wthout completely dryng
them; otherwse, smell of mosture
may occur durng use, water can
leak from the back of the applance
or the flters may get damaged.

ther places after they have dred.
4.4.1 Motor protecton flter (MIF)
Ths flter s located on the dust contaner.
1. Press the dust contaner removal button (2) and
remove the dust contaner (5).
2. Press the openng button for the motor
protecton flter (MIF) housng (8).
3. Remove the motor protecton flter by pullng t.
4. After shakng f off, wash t under runnng
water, wrng t out gently and leave t to dry (for
24 hours mnmum).
4.4.2 Foam flter
1. Push down the rear cover openng latch to open
the cover.
2. Remove the foam flter behnd the cover and
wash t.

4.4.3 HEPA flter
1. Push down the rear cover openng latch to open
the cover and remove the HEPA flter by pullng
t from ts handle.

2. You can wash the flter under runnng water
after shakng t off.
3. If you wash the HEPA flter, dry t at room
temperature (for 24 hours mnmum). Do not
use t before ensurng that t s completely dry.
4. For a longer servce lfe, you can clean the HEPA
flter by httng t on a hard surface nstead of
washng t. Thus the dusts accumulated on the
HEPA flter wll leave the flter as you ht t on a
hard floor.
4.5 Storage
If you do not ntend to use the applance for a
long tme, store t carefully.
Unplug the applance.
Keep the applance out of the reach of chldren.
4.6 Handlng and
transportaton
Durng handlng and transportaton, carry
the applance n ts orgnal packagng. The
packagng of the applance protects t aganst
physcal damages.
Do not place heavy loads on the applance or on
the packagng. The applance may get damaged.
Droppng the applance may render t non-
operatonal or cause permanent damage.
