The bladeless fan buzzer sounds on and the  displays  to enter the
standby state.
The highest level of the fan is  level, and the lowest is  level.
The default level is  level when the fan is turned on for the first time.
If the fan is in standby state without power off, the level position is same
position of the last shutdown when the fan is turned on again.
If the fan is not powered off
