This swimming pool pump is designed for use with permanently installed
swimming pools only. Do not use with storable portable pools.
For permanently installed pools that are constructed above or inground or
in a building that are not intended to be disassembled or moved.

What additional items do I need
for pool pump?
No. It DOES NOT come wired with a Power Cord - your electrician
would be able to provide the power cord and set the motor voltage to
the proper selection prior to installing the pump.
Yes - It is Self Priming after initial priming and Quiet! Make sure
to fill water for the first time installation.
Can this be plugged into a 115V receptacle?

ensure that your Salt Generator is located AFTER the equipment and
feeding directly to the pool (this way your equipment doesn't get

your water chemistry balanced to recommended specs for your Area.

This pump is designed for 115/230V dual voltage, and it is
pre-set at 230V. Follow the manual to change the voltage to
115V by flipping the voltage switch located in the cover.
What is the voltage of this pump and how

Why does my pump not hold prime?

The warranty is 1 year. Depending on use, the pump can provide
service for 6 years or longer. If stored inside during months the
pump isn't used, the service life may be longer.

Cartridge, or DE).
Will this pump work with a D.E. filtration

This pump does not have a built-in timer. Typically, people
install a mechanical timer in the same panel as the breaker.
Does this pump have a built-in timer or do

The grounding/BONDING lug on the outside of the motor is
required by your electric code. It will make your pool safer from
shocks, & will provide additional years to the life of your motor
by giving stray electricity a safe "in the ground" path to follow
vs attacking your pump. It is REQUIRED TO BOTH GROUND
& BOND your pumps.
The bond lug can accept up to #6 bonding wires, and the size
of your bonding wires is determined by your local code. Please
refer to to your local licensed electrician for more details.
