Do not operate the Ski watch while driving a vehicle, for
safety reasons. Stop, or let a passenger carry out the
settings. It is dangerous to take your eyes off the road and
can lead to an accident, in which you or others could be
injured.
Never open the casing of the Ski watch or the chest strap,
they do not contain any parts to be maintained (this
excludes opening the battery compartment of the chest
strap, to change the battery, see point 10. "Battery change
chest strap").
Do not place any objects on the Ski watch and do not
exert any pressure on the display; the display may break.
Do not touch the display with sharp objects.
Like most GPS products, the use of this product depends
on satellites, which are operated by the US American
government. If there are changes in the satellite network,
this can influence the performance and precision of this
Ski watch.
Important: Always consult with your doctor, before you start
a regular training programme. The Ski watch is not a medical
device, it is a training aid to measure and display your heart
rate. Wearers of pacemakers may only use devices for heart
rate measurement on agreement with your doctor.
